The chicken was kind of dry.It's not really very tasty. You have to use a lot of condiments to solve that. And their prices keep going up. Not recommended.

I came in for lunch break,,, I waited at the counter for 5mins,,everyone were taking care of drivethru,,,not the front counter,,no one said I will be with you in moment, this was the worst I ever experience,,,no customer service skills...

Phil was VERY nice to me; he in fact was "THE Friendliest" El Pollo Loco employee I have ever met! The tostada was Delicious and Phil reminds me of how much fun I had watch Dr. Phil's shows! Thank you to Phil who did an amazing job respecting the chicken!

This is great place for last minute meals only problem for me as a senior I ask for senior discount on a $40 dollar they will only give $1.00 off no % off of cost....sad but that's life.

Worst meal in years! I was shocked when I saw how pathrtic the food looked. It was dry and tasteless. I wasted 11 bucks. If your food tastes worst than supermarkets, why bother selling it at all?

I love El Pollo Loco - get lunch there at twice a month bit trying to order a catering order for delivery provef IMPOSSIBLE. First the web site would not take a credit card I just used to make purchases on 2 other sites. Then, you can't place a delivery catering order IN the restaurant - delivery orders have to be placed online. So, we ordered from another Mexican place in our town.
