Was not acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. I stood at the front of the counter watching workers pass by in front of me, other patrons were helped despite the fact that I stood there next to them. Horrible customer service...just lost my business.

Service is good , restaurant is clean the only bad thing about this location is some of the food , they're not using fresh ingredients and the amount of chicken is not what you paid for , I asked for a double portion of chicken is looks the same as regular portion .

The chicken was kind of dry.It's not really very tasty. You have to use a lot of condiments to solve that. And their prices keep going up. Not recommended.
I came in for lunch break,,, I waited at the counter for 5mins,,everyone were taking care of drivethru,,,not the front counter,,no one said I will be with you in moment, this was the worst I ever experience,,,no customer service skills...

Phil was VERY nice to me; he in fact was "THE Friendliest" El Pollo Loco employee I have ever met! The tostada was Delicious and Phil reminds me of how much fun I had watch Dr. Phil's shows! Thank you to Phil who did an amazing job respecting the chicken!

This is great place for last minute meals only problem for me as a senior I ask for senior discount on a $40 dollar they will only give $1.00 off no % off of cost....sad but that's life.
