Don't order food from here unless you like dried out day old chicken and incorrect and missing items. Especially don't order it through door dash, guaranteed to get everything wrong including the drink and basics like cutlery and napkins.

Honestly i asked for a queso blanco burrito. And the lady said they stopped making burritos at a certain time. Not because they ran out of tortilla, but because they don’t want to put in the effort for the customer. That’s like McDonald’s saying they stopped making chicken nuggets at a certain time.

At 5:30pm, when dinner rush was about to start, I ordered a family meal. For the 3 sides, I picked rice, mashed potato and macaroni cheese. After placing the order, the staff told me they ran out of mashed potato. But it was 5:30pm, dinner time. they ran out of a basic side item?? Another time I came here and ordered family meal, they ran out of rice! Every time I went to this place, I did not have a good experience. The most ridiculous thing was on a Sunday morning at about 11:15am, the restaurant was supposed to be open already. But the door was locked and drive-through was blocked. No customers could get in. If they are not ready, they should change the business hours to start at 1 or 2 pm. I think this is a poorly managed location!! Next time, I would just drive a couple miles more and go to the elp on Badillo and Grand.

Wtf is wrong with this place. I was like ok, ok, ok, I'll give it another shot. I placed my order for pick up with utensils... and I got a combo meal WITH A DRINK! No drink or utensils. I picked up through the drive thru so I guess I should have noticed the no drink but by the time I got to my destination that's when I remembered. I am so frustrated. AGAIN. If I could give 0 stars I would.

There are consistent problems with accuracy and food quality. They always miss an item. Most recently my chips and guacamole, most often my drink. Half the time my rice is burnt so I can't eat it.The service is always good.Parking: Busy lot because of Inn and Out
The service here has been outstanding. I have been coming here for years, and no matter how busy they might be, I am always greeted with a friendly smile. The food and service is always great.

Probably the worst el pollo loco in the area. Was excited to try the stuffed quesadilla. Came out with cheese Still Frozen!!!! Chicken & everything else inside still Cold!!! Could Not Believe That... Came back to the drive thru told them what happened & I received a surprised look as if "Is That Not Ok??" Totally blown off by that!!! How in the world the management hired these people..??? Low On Professionalism!! Period!!

They may only hire people here with bad attitudes, almost got into a random fight encounter with the "supervisor?", I'm not sure, but I never raised my voice and only had one question. Prior to that I asked just a regular employee and he acted like I was asking him to move the Earth, rolled his eyes and made a huge deal out of it. I only asked if I could correct my order and pay the difference and she gave me a crazy attitude and acted like I was talking gibberish, treating me like I was stupid; only to conclude with "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE". Okay lady, don't work here if you're that miserable. I came here a few times in 2022 and got trapped in the drive thru for 30-40 minutes and only came back here because I wanted to use a gift card I received. Will try to avoid this specific restaurant due to the weird attitudes of the people here. Maybe they think they're in the movie Waiting.
