It’s not clean. You can tell they haven’t even wiped down the tables; the floor is dirty, and the trays couldn’t be any stickier.
After eating at so many pollo loco. I will say this one will be my favorite. Customer service was exceptional 👌. They acknowledge you as soon as you go in . Keep the good work. I believe the management its doing a good job.

El Pollo Loco is known for its outstanding service and delicious chicken. The BRC combo is a popular choice, though prices have increased over time. While the burritos are highly praised, there have been occasional instances of missing ingredients. The friendly and accommodating staff make it a favorite lunch spot for many customers. The chicken is consistently juicy and tender, especially during the busy lunch hours. Despite some occasional order issues, El Pollo Loco is renowned for its great food and excellent service.
