I had a few items including their waffle, chicken sandwiches, and tteokbokki. The way they fry their chicken is so good. The skin is super crispy yet the chicken inside is still juicy. Also, this might be one of the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The waffles are crispy on the center and soo fluffy on the inside. They also give you whip cream and butter with it. It was delicious. If this was a breakfast spot, I would go back to order the waffles every day. I also like how much toppings are in their tteokbokki. The flavor was really good and wasn't too overly spicy which I enjoy. The chicken sandwich was a little hard to eat because it is HUGE but nonetheless, it was great. The chicken wasn't dry even though they were tenders. Overall, I really liked my meal there and found it really delicious.“

I finally gave this place a try and got their top loaded fries regular size which came with six chicken bites. It was more than enough for me.

The sauce and balance of flavor, sweet, sour spicy, salty, tangy all just blended so well together. The coleslaw on top of the fries was an excellent touch. The chicken was incredibly juicy too.

Food was prepped before estimated time. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.“

“It's located next to Mi Pulgarcito Pupiseria Salvadoreña and near GS Ethiopian Cafe. I had went to this plaza for another restaurant but they closed already for lunch. I decided to try this grilled chicken place, reminds me of Juan Pollo or El Pollo Loco. It seems family owned with a young teen taking my order.

I chose to try the 16 piece family special with half spicy and regular chicken ($44.99) which came with 4 large sides, tortillas and salsa. I chose their macaroni salad, potato salad, rice, and beans. I got a lunch special for myself that came with a can of soda. The seasoning on the chicken was good, the spicy chicken had a good heat. The skin was crispy and the chicken was moist. My family did not like the sides of macaroni and potato salad.

The staff was nice and the wait time was not long.“

“My family picks up here at least once every week and I can’t say enough positive things about it. As a fitness nut, it’s important to me to have healthy options and so I often find myself ordering from chicken shops. Since discovering Rostichicken I have stopped going to other shops. The chicken here is fantastic and is very tender; I can pull the skin off to save calories or leave it on to enjoy the crispy skin. The price is also competitive and less than Pollo for higher quality food.

Additionally, the staff is fantastic. They are so welcoming and seemingly in a great mood. They remember me and my daughter, always encourage her to talk, and often give her extra rice which she loves. It all means a lot to myself and my wife but I assure you… I wouldn’t come back if the food was bad. 😉“

“We stopped by Rowland Heights on our way home from LAX and stumbled upon Hanshin Pocha off of Gale and Nogales, just north of the 60 freeway. There are plenty of eats in the area and we thought this would satisfy our hunger for something hot and satiable - and open late night!

After perusing their menu, I was drawn to the steamed egg and, likewise, the rest of our party wanted the same thing. We were only a party of 5 (4 adults + 1 child) so we thought we would order 2 of the steamed eggs and a couple other items. When we placed our order, the server questioned us why we ordered 3 and asked, “Are you sure?” We said, “Yes.” After bringing out all our orders, we understood why the server asked his question; the steamed egg dish was a huge portion!!! Whoa! It was really good especially since it was cold outside.

We also ordered other items to share like their chicken wings, calamari, and fries with chicken for the child in our party.

Parking can be tricky even in the late hours.

Overall, we enjoyed the food and the vibe here. It’s casual, a little loud, but we were all comfortable and enjoyed the ambiance.“

“I know this shop used to have a not so great reputation in the 90's early 2000's, but honestly this is my go to now for croissants, deep fried fish, and some other Chinese stuff on the side. They have variety as far as their food and I personally love their ham/cheese/jalapeño croissants and their maple bars. Fried fish and chicken is definitely solid compared to other chain restaurants. If you're a pomona local check them out and stop by for breakfast or lunch! ❤️“

I know the online menu says $18.50 but in the store it was $16.50 of course after tax and a $0.75 card fee it was just over $19 but whatever. The chicken is fine on its own but once you have the beef the chicken just sort of pales in comparison.

Oh my we love it 😍 I cannot eat spice so I can only vouch for the Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper options however, I have tried bone in and boneless and I don’t have a favorite! It’s so hard to pick between the two! Both are perfectly cooked crispy outside and juicy inside! We usually order a side of French toast and enjoy every bite it’s perfectly made! My favorite comfort food for sure! I would also like to highlight the amazing customer service I have always experienced at this new establishment! I wish them all the success! They work so hard and make it easy for you to spend your money there… I noticed a decline in quality control, consistency and deals in today’s restaurants! I’m happy to inform you all that it is not the case here they are competitively priced and worth every penny! The deals are amazing also! “First time trying this restaurant we got the yuzu sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich. My yuzu the chicken was only half the sandwich a small tender. Its missing some cheese flavor is good. The spicy chicken sandwich was ok alot of seasoning dry rub. The best was the curly fries super delicious and crispy. I also didn’t appreciate my side of ranch half filled and i paid for it. Drink were good. No customer service self order options. Restrooms could be cleaner. Location is nice.“

“I started going to this Waba Grill pretty recently when passing through the area, and I gotta say, it's my favorite one to go to! By far the cleanest one, my food is served quickly with the correct portions, and all in all I could tell people work efficiently around here. The last few times I went, I was served by Jaime and Alex; I've had different vibes from different workers across different locations, but I feel I get the best vibes when coming here and when I've been served by these two! 5/5 would recommend pulling up if you're in the area.“
