Super decadent, generous with the sauce (you can request a small scoop of rice for free afterwards to finish off the sauce), great noodle texture, amazing taste!! The first bite was heaven.
Looks small at first but that’s just because the bowl is big/I was struggling to finish halfway through.
AJ, our server, is super friendly, chill, and attentive! He brings amazing vibes.

I got the karaage mazesoba and wow—it hit the spot. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the seasoned soft-boiled egg was perfectly jammy and flavorful. Super impressed. Clean space too, which made the whole meal even better. Definitely recommending this place!

The ramen noodles were thick and toothsome, the sauce was thick and creamy, and the meat was tender and well cooked. Front of house GG was warm, kind, and very attentive. The service was quick and welcoming. Will be returning.

Our mazesoba was so yummy I got the miso and it was rich and flavorful - also it was so nice there was complimentary lemon iced tea and rice at the end! Also, our server Yuki was so so kind - his service and hospitality was exceptional. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot 😄

10 out of 10, would go again! This place is amazing and so friendly! The food tasted so good, I loved the spicy level of the Supreme Mazesoba, holy cow!
We got the basic, saikoro on rice (lighter on flavor but so good) and classic spicy on soba (this one was more rich, but our favorite)

This was our first time trying mazesoba. We didn't know much about ordering but our server was the most helpful. I had the Ocean mazesoba and my husband had the Supreme. The flavor was explosive, I mean we almost licked our plates. We are from Florida but will visit each time we come. Highly recommended

The food is delicious, and the proportions are always big. I’m always full after eating here. The service is great too! There’s one female asian waiter here who tries her best to remember regulars and their orders. The restaurant is also very clean.

This outlet serves the saucy (non soup) version of Japanese ramen. I tried the spicy original mazesoba. Also side of gyoza. Mazesoba comes with soft boiled egg in the middle and you need to mix the entire bowl with your chopsticks to get all the flavors mingle. They suggest that you add some vinegar. There are multitudes of toppings you can add such as corn and extra proteins. I tried the curry mazesoba as well and it was ok but the curry flavor was showing the powdery texture along with high spice of green onions which made the experience too harsh. The deluxe version may get up to $20 if you choose the souped up version and added toppings. The default noodle is a thicker ramen type similar to a udon texture. You can choose egg noodle version if you desire. They offer you a scoop of rice to eat the remaining sauce if you Ike. Gyoza was just okay. It might have been premade type and they were too small.

Been to Mazesoba Hero a handful of times and the food never disappoints. Always hits the spot. Tried the Supreme Mazesoba today. Usually get the Champion Mazesoba. I think any mazesoba will leave your tummy happy what made today make me want to write this review was that the customer service provided by Rick was so awesome!!! Haven't experienced that level of customer service for awhile! I told him I really appreciated his friendly customer service and he replied by saying it's how it always should be when you go into a restaurant. Sadly we all know that not every restaurant provides the quality of customer service that Rick gave. Thanks for everything Rick!!! You are good peeps

Went here for the first time w my dad who is visiting . This place was so dang tasty. So much flavor in every bite. The service was great and folks were super friendly. Will be back again cause I want more pork belly!
