It couldve been because I was early, dining in and the broth didn't develop a bitter after taste from over cooking, but it's been awhile since I've had good ramen. The champion ramen had a good mixture of wet and dry flavors. Chashu + seaweed had a subtle fish dry taste vibe which is new. Noodles were chewy and not clumpy mouth feel. Broth and ground pork were rich but not overly. Overall taste + texture was superb and especially warming during the winter. Also the waiter Rick is such a homeboy and service is amazing.
Last time I liked having ramen was when I was running around in an orange jumper. Hope the guys and gals stay in business.

I was in MoBay and yes I was in Tokyo. AJ help was the main thing. Hero is not a buzzword. Vinegar took the edge off. Flavors and fusion rollerblading on my tongue. Take it to the big peach i want to see you in take up those space. Aim High I’d partner with you.

I've been here many times and still ordered the same set. It's always their karaage (Japanese fried chicken) and their spicy mazemiso bowl. Their karaage is breaded, and the inside is so moist and juicy. It's paired with lemon slices, and adding lemon juice is a MUST! The sauce is so creamy and good 💯. I don't like udon in soups because they're so plain, so I'm super excited to try their soupless udon. The seasoning and ingredients are incredibly fresh and delicious, especially when paired with the egg. Once you're done, they also give you extra rice, and that's the best part!

The ramen noodles were thick and toothsome, the sauce was thick and creamy, and the meat was tender and well cooked. Front of house GG was warm, kind, and very attentive. The service was quick and welcoming. Will be returning.

Our mazesoba was so yummy I got the miso and it was rich and flavorful - also it was so nice there was complimentary lemon iced tea and rice at the end! Also, our server Yuki was so so kind - his service and hospitality was exceptional. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot 😄

This was our first time trying mazesoba. We didn't know much about ordering but our server was the most helpful. I had the Ocean mazesoba and my husband had the Supreme. The flavor was explosive, I mean we almost licked our plates. We are from Florida but will visit each time we come. Highly recommended
