Order around 1pm yesterday and it took 20minutes to get my order. I probably would not have gotten my order if I didn't say anything. I went up to the pick up shelf and the girl on shift with highlights wearing the safety vest gave some attitude when I asked about my order. I was going to say something else, but she turned around before I could say anything else.

It wasn't until then did they start working on my order. I saw my order just sitting there and when they were assembling it they are working SLOWLY. Like the girl was getting my items one by one and walking back and forth instead of just holding the box and adding the items. The nuggets were basically cold, fries were whatever, and the sweet tea was warm. I did say light ice, but it was basically nonexistent. 10/10 don't recommend this location.

I made a mobile order and the young man asked me if I have mobile order . And then no responses. I waited for 30 seconds and other line cars kept moving. So I moved forward and the guy gave me no apologies and explanations and told me to wait at reserved number 2. Horrible service!

Food was as expected, but service was very slow - this McDonald's was way understaffed. Atmosphere was terrible . A group of ten, sreaming and talking very loudly, drinking from their own vacuum bottles, with only a few McDonald's items on the table, dominated one-half the dining room for an extended period of time, driving others to the other half. Management should do a better job. No wonder sales are down.

Although Google advertises that the restaurant’s drive through is open 24 hours, the actual drive hours are DIFFERENT than what is advertised on Google. I kept coming here only to find out that the drive through was CLOSED.

Mobile app is WASTING time at this place.
We ordered through mobile app. select “pick up from counter” and paid. got an order number. Drive all the way there. Wait 10mins. Didn’t see the order come out. Ask the counter, said this number need to be picked up from drive through. Actually drive through window is right behind this persons. Wait in line at drive through for another 10 mins. Said the order was canceled because nobody show up. Check my credit card it was charged.
This is a chaos place at Grand.
Will never go again.
