I don’t appreciate The speaker lady hitting on my boyfriend and when we asked for no meat because I am vegetarian I got double the meat. I just found this experience unpleasant like the way my food was prepared.. the lady was probably too distracted to make sure my order was correct. Nasty girls who can’t do their job properly.

Was acceptable as always. The complaint is that serving portions is small. Service personnel were great

This restaurant has many young and motivated employees who work hard. However, their attitudes have changed noticeably since the restaurant first opened — they’ve become more passive, unmotivated, and inefficient.

There seems to be an older woman, likely a long-time staff member or manager, who appears to have a strong influence on the newer wait staff. From what I’ve observed over the past three years living here, she knows exactly when to act diligent and when to be indifferent or even arrogant. Unfortunately, her behavior seems to be affecting the team’s overall morale and work ethic.

I sincerely hope the management takes action regarding this issue. It’s disappointing to see such a negative influence impacting what was once an energetic and cheerful team.

Another case of false business hours.

They do not close at 10 pm. If you wanna get food, show up at 9.

Hadn't visited Panda Express fir a while and I was delightfully pleased with the new items on the menu. Food was delicious and the young lady was friendly and helpful.

Panda Express in Walnut is convenient and quick, but the food is pretty average. The portions feel stingy compared to what they used to serve, which makes the meal less satisfying. Some dishes come out fresh, while others can be a bit cold or overcooked. Service is usually fast, but the overall experience doesn’t always feel worth the price. It’s okay for a quick bite, but not the best option if you’re looking for quality or generous portions.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but I had a disappointing experience last week at this location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee at the speaker (I think her name was Kailey) said something so quietly I couldn’t hear. I said “Hi,” and waited, but got no reply for almost a minute. Then she suddenly said, “Are you going to order?” I explained I didn’t hear her, and she just said, “You can order now.”

While I was placing my order, there was no response, and 30 seconds later she asked again, “Are you going to order?” even though I was already in the middle of ordering.

When I got to the window, she handed me the food without saying a word. The whole interaction was confusing and felt really rude. Definitely not the kind of service I’m used to from Panda Express.

All I’m going to say is maybe they got their act together. I’ve been more satisfied with their services. I still think there’s more room for improvement. Thank you.

This Walnut Panda food was not consistent like other Pandas in the area. Pickup kid's meal for kid's dinner. Wanted to order special side which surprised me doesn't have in a pre dominate Asian Community. Orange chicken, Sesame chicken has no taste as all Pandas are pretty consistent. Requested teriyaki chicken to be cut smaller was just big pieces put in the box. Requested cut smaller cause my 2 young kids, it didn't happen. Only positive service of this Panda was Drive Thru lady, spoke nicely and clearly

Ordered drive thru this morning, I got the smallest portions I’ve ever seen at a Panda Express. They also gave me a broken cookie.

Won’t be coming back

We went for dinner. They were busy (mostly takeout it seemed.) The food was very fresh and they quickly replaced items that were running low. We were served very quickly. It took longer to check out because of all the people there to pick up to go orders. We got the large plate with 2 entrees. I got the mushroom chicken and chicken with green beans as my entrees. I'm trying to lose weight, and these items were marked as healthier. I got the mixed green vegetables as my side. I appreciated this healthier option. My husband got double chicken teriyaki for his 2 entrees. He got half chow mein and half rice for his side. He says that their chicken teriyaki is very good. We prefer to eat there rather than take it out. My only complaint is that it was really hard to find a table where we could just relax and eat without lots of noise from the kitchen and people walking in and out and all around us.
