We came back several more times and we saw the quantity was reduced, especially only one type of stringy beef with fat tact along like a bacon instead of adding additional meats on top of the bowl.

I tried their main item beef pho. It was piping hot and broth was pretty good. I ordered raw steak and it was tender and soft and good portion of meat. Just order medium size unless you have a big appetite. They also serve bánh mi sandwiches as well as premium beef pho dish using Kobe beef. I have tried their grilled pork rice vermicelli bowl. It was okay and the only issue is that they used warm noodles instead of slightly chilled noodles. Restaurant is relatively small but...
