Went to the front to order and the cashier didn’t make eye contact even once. I didn’t think much of it at all until I moved aside and noticed the customer after me was greeted with enthusiasm and respect. When my drinks were ready I smiled and thanked the same cashier only to be stared at blankly and watched closely as I left, which actually managed to make me feel awkward. Wish I hadn’t tipped 25% after all.

Denied restroom and a cup of water because we didn’t order anything YET? That’s just ridiculous and who’s going to want to order after that. Girls are rude and dismissive!!

Really can't believe that you have to purchase something at that time to use the restroom. I spend about over $100 a week but because its not at that time I couldn't. Lost a customer

I purchased a mobile order and asked to use the restroom, they said it’s only for customers chilling inside. I said I’m a customer I literally had the receipt in my app. I’m a paying customer, that’s ridiculous I don’t get it .

the espresso machine was down. cashier had a bad attitude “you can get coffee if you want” wasn’t offed a discount. Terrible customer service for the high prices.

Pedí usar el baño y la empleada me trató muy cortante y me lo negó dijo que era solo para clientes, le mostré que acababa de comprar mi café moca por ventanilla (el drive-through) y me dijo que no que tenía que consumir otra ves pero adentro del local y le dije amablemente que eso no tenia sentido y dijo que era la nueva política de Starbucks comportarse así y tratar a los clientes con actitud.

Starbucks does not have the quality as it did many years ago. For the price, they couldn’t correctly make a drink. I called her out on a caramel macchiato that was made and tried it, tasted like caramel milk. I asked if she had use freshly made coffee bean expresso and ignored my question and made another. Frustrated, how run down Starbucks has become with an increased price drinks, they couldn’t just make it correctly the first time. Mind you, it was not at all busy on a Wednesday afternoon at 2:30PM.
