Space-y branch. Staff have been friendly. I have 1 complaint, I can't say if they clean tables after being occupied by guests, but our table was sticky so I take out a point from that.

I walked in to buy a cup of Pike Place but was told that they had no coffee as their machine was down. STARBUCKS HAS NO COFFEE???? I walked out without coffee.

This is a great location so when we mobile ordered 20 minutes ahead we didn’t think we would get there and still not our drinks ready 6 minutes in. It about about 7: 47am on a Saturday so I didn’t expect this to be an issue. I asked the barista if I made a mistake an ordered at a different location and he pointed to empty cups and said they were coming up. He then walked away to help customers leaving my drinks there. Another woman in a pink sweater and blonde hair was aimlessly walking around and picked up one of my drinks and put it down somewhere else. I had to take off because we were running late to an event so didn’t get my drinks just a cake pop for my child. I tried calling the store to let them know and never got an answer.

waited 20 mins for 3 chocolate croissants. after waiting almost 30 mins "mary jane" informs us there was none left. blaming on short staffed when the drive thru is empty and only 4 of us in the store. wasted my time for nothing. shift lead should be demoted. very rude and purposely works slow!!!!!!!

Loved this location. However, more recently, I've noticed & found out employees take ALL Front parking spaces, leaving the customer to park where the employee should be parking. I asked one day why all the the spaces in front are taken when there are only 2 customers inside, & the guy barista said it's all employees. Which means whoever manages that location park there too. This gets me bc other Starbucks around the area leave the convenient spaces to customers as it should. I sent a message to Starbucks Customer Relations & nothing happened. Yup, that's my peeve about this particular location. It didn't use to be that way.

I Order same coffee drink at different Starbucks stores everyday, this store is only place charge me extra 80 cents for coconut milk couple times, as they explained made me so confused, sometime they charge 0 sometimes charge extra, does not make any senses. I’m allergic to milk n replace milk to coconut milk. By the way, some of barista was impolite, had bad experiences with them. Won’t go there anymore.

Chantel is my girl! She always has such a sweet customer service and she always recommends me the best drinks that keeps me going for my crazy shifts. I started becoming a regular and it's so nice to see her because she always knows what I want and remembers my order so well! And my drinks always come out spectacular. Thanks Chantel, you always bless my mornings whenever you're there

Sad to say it's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Typed this while I was waiting but I've been waiting 30 mins for my mobile order and people who mobile order 10 mins ago already got their drink. It's also SOOO dirty in the store. The people working looked so lost. The man who looked like the manager was even more lost. It also seems like they will only make your drink if u ask them about it.

For the cliental of youth that come here the staff is super patient. There right across from the college and the school is big the store is super clean for the kids who come here. The drinks are super good and fresh and so is the food
