This is a large location with lots of seating. Lots of variety, bench seating, a large table to accommodate a large group I top tables, etc. unfortunately, none of the seating is cushioned. And there are no outlets. It’s clean and the music is that a volume that makes it easy to get one done or have a conversation.
I came here yesterday morning and ordered a travel jug online and picked it up through the drive-thru. The service was absolutely amazing! This was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. The team was quick, attentive, and incredibly friendly. The person working the drive-thru was especially welcoming and made the experience even better. Such a wonderful team overall—keep up the amazing work!

This Starbucks location in Walnut is a convenient spot in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The staff are super friendly, and customers are mostly respectful, including student groups who respect the shared area. It is a favorite spot for remote work, where people buy a drink every few hours to support the staff. The orange cream cake pop, iced matcha tea latte with strawberry foam, and summer skies drink with popping boba are available. However, service can be slow; one day there was no line but a ten-minute wait to order. The workers experience many rushes due to students from Mt Sac and Starbucks’ popularity, so ordering ahead on the app is recommended to avoid waiting.
