This place is an awesome place to stop and grab a refreshment if you are off the 79 and if you are planing a scenic drive/moto ride you have to stop here! Staff is awesome and the place is super cool. We didn't have any food but it looked like somethin was starting to be cooked outside. A must stop.

We did some motorcycle riding around this area and stumbled upon Garage 79. Really cool watering hole with an eclectic design inside. The main Garage 79 serves craft beers from the area. The have cool seating and sell t shirts as souvenirs. Next door they had a pop up pizza place, while I didnt sample the pizza, by the time we left there was a line with foodies raving about how good it was. If you're in the area its worth a photo and a stop in to get some AC and some great beer!

Met the owner when there and he was polite and helpful. We were just driving by and made a quick stop. A biker bar in the middle of nowhere.!!! Love it

I think something has changed at this location. The current reviews made me think that there would be tacos and beer at this location. However, there was actually just greasy burgers, hot dogs, and jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon. Well that may sound delicious, the reality was that the food was super greasy, very expensive, and low quality. $20 for a small burger and fries.
The food and the bar with beer are operated separately, as separate businesses. We didn't have a drink at the bar, and can't speak to the quality of the beer, although the gentleman inside was very friendly. The decor was super rad in the whole place, and it's a shame that the bar and food are combined into one google location, as I feel strongly that the two deserve very different ratings.
Would not return for the food.

Refreshing beer and bottle room in seemingly the middle of nowhere. It's a great place to stop after doing the eagle rock hike in Warner Springs. They do have a taco stand outside but the options are very limited and they only take cash and zelle.
