Great food! And very pleasant ambience.The hours posted are wrong, 7am to 10am breakfast, 11:30-2pm lunch, and 5:30 to 8:30pm dinner are correct hours.Food is great but the service can be a bit curt at times, i certainly think they have trouble staffing well, but still a bit unfortunate. Otherwise a perfect experience.
Love this location for a different experience in Yosemite. Unfortunately the old rooms haven’t been undated at all so they were very cold. The heaters didn’t really make the rooms warm. But, you’re in a hotel built in the 1800’s! Sadly, the food we had for both dinner and breakfast was equally, not warm! That was a big disappointment. The best part was it wasn’t crowed and the location was perfect for visiting the Mariposa grove.

If you’re staying in Wawona to get to Yosemite, the town is so small you really just have this hotel restaurant and a local deli/convenience store to choose from for prepared food. Luckily, Wawona Hotel is a beautiful historic building that serves decent food for the price. The dining room is lovely but waits are long so reservations are recommended.
