Nice place, could be a great spot- except for the Absolutely Terrible customer service. I reserved three lanes several days in advance for my son’s birthday. When we arrived, the extremely unwelcoming staff refused to store our ice cream (unopened store bought) to keep it cold, saying it would contaminate their food. ? Then, another member of the staff also refused to let our guests pay for their own bowling shoes, insisting that we have it all put on one bill at the end. ? The lanes we were using kept shutting down during our games… And the general attitudes of all but one employee, were incredibly rude. Hope the owners find some better staff ASAP!

Cedar Lanes to the rescue. If the Mt. Shasta crowds are too much, take the short drive north to Weed and Cedar Lanes. Get some good food and maybe bowl a game or two.

I would give our experience a 0 star if I could. I went to my great nephews fifth birthday party. My niece reserved lanes in advance with more than adequate notice. ($300) We arrived they had no birthday room for us, No big deal we set up on the main floor. We waited 45 minutes for shoes and food orders bc they only had 2 wait staff personnel (on a Saturday) No big deal everyone is short staffed right? We had 3 games, 3 lanes. We stared 2 lanes for everyone who was there and kept one pending for the those coming in a bit. Both lanes had issues. They switched the lanes. The manger came out and was literally trying to physically intimidate my niece infront of her 5 year old son and family!!! He said we paid for minutes, when she tried explaining he literally got in her face. They had technical issues, no big deal. This manager however was completely inappropriate and ruined a 5 year olds birthday.

There was some confusion over a bowling lane it did not work. said they were going to give another bowling line But never did. So when we went to ask about it. Their owner came out yelling and getting in our face. He was very very rude In front of children at the birthday party there It was a 5 year old's birthday party. I don't suggest going there with your children. This owner is very very rude yellin. What was a good day ended Up very sad for the children. He would just out to make that dollar.

Friendly fast service, crispy fries, good beer (had the Eel River Porter on tap - $6). I'm not a Space Burger fan but I'd munch on them in between bowling and beer -- you gotta love the owners serving this decades-old local favorite. Inside was remodeled recently and all the bowling lanes and equipment looks great.

Best dam cheesecake I’ve e ever had snack bar they have is better then most fast food here in town pizzas has new crust not precooked . New deli sandwiches are good for lunchbreaks on the go. owners and most the workers are awesome. Gets crowded so call and reserve the lane . Nice to have a friendly place to go besides a gas station and one bar…
