The service and the food were fast. The manager was hand picking stuff out of the salad bar without gloves. I understand it was an old building but the ceiling tiles were failing down. We go to a lot of Pizza Factorys all over since it originated in our home town. Needs some love and care to get us to go back. Pizza was dry, crust was good. Hardly any sauce. Got 2 large pizzas; 1 cheese pizza and 1 house special.

Food is usually really good here, depends on who is working it seems? Service is difficult to say the least, unfortunate for the ones that really try (and shine)! Go in for best service, or make sure they see your face while you're waiting for food, always better quality that way (eeek, shouldn't have to watch my food for it to come out ok?).
The guy at the register wasn't very friendly. Kind of bothered by us and a little snarky.Pizza was o.k. I like the sauce and the toppings to cover the whole pizza. All the way to the edge. Not so much here. ?♀️It filled the need this time. Probably won't stop here when passing through again.

Driving through here on the way to Oregon. I got a medium double cheese with white sauce onions and garlic, almost deep dish style. It was delicious. I stop at this Pizza Factory specifically every time I drive through to California, don't miss out. People are friendly even though it is always packed. Dear owner, Thanks for the reply will definitely be in next time I drive!

Walked in the door, took one look at the SALAD BAR and the four of us “walked out”. It was not nice and tidy, veggies all over the place, liked dirty. No one likes to see that!

I ordered two beers, but the girl (Bristol) at the cash register, charged me for three beers. When I asked for the receipt, she disappeared from the counter. She needs to understand the power of social media and customer loyalty or satisfaction. Fortunately, another person promptly provided me a receipt, revealing that I was charged more than I ordered. Be cautious when ordering food here and insist on a detailed receipt. The food quality is significantly below average, so consider avoiding it, especially if you're in a small town. Head to the next city on I-5 for better options. Can I say the star rating is -10 Garden Fresh Pizza - poor quality
