Change staff so they can understand better what the customer need is ! She took like 10 minutes just to take my order. I mean am a truck driver i have very limited time break. I like taco bell but this place isn't organized and. Staff needs to understand what customer is asking. She made $27 then i said you ordered wrong. Then she ran again it comes $16 later on. Like bruh. I don't wanted to complain but still eventually i have to cuz the food you served was cold. Chalupas is asked to toast a lil extra. Means i need hot hot. But it was cold as duck. Other customer (mexican guy) had same issue. Tortillas was cold and hard. Like. Work on buddies. charging too much and serving baddest. This Taco bell only.

It's probably the worse taco bell in California. I'm not sure what the issue is, always dirty, slow to no customer service. Order always incorrect.Low expectations, and they still disappoint.

Came in a few weeks ago, place was dirty and bathroom was full of beer cans, a young man helped me get my food corrected but was yelled at for helping me. Hostile workplace and a lot of rude comments heard loudly from the kitchen even across the lobby. At least they do fresco and the lobby looks ok when it's clean probably.

I placed a mobile order for a large order 45 minutes before I needed to pick it up. When I arrived, they were not even aware of the order and had not started it yet. I waited a full 45 minutes after my designated pick up time for my order. I am a very patient person but this is completely unacceptable.
