food was lukewarm, didn't even get my order right when I asked for a deluxe box they just gave me a hard shell taco and a soft taco and I payed 15 bucks, I also asked for no sour crème and I think they added sour creme so
This is by far the slowest taco bell. 40 min to get food and then the person making the food was getting mad that customers were asking for returns since they got tired of waiting and she said I don't care if you complain it's not my problem. So the customer service is lacking making taco bell look like they don't care about their customers

I placed a mobile order for a large order 45 minutes before I needed to pick it up. When I arrived, they were not even aware of the order and had not started it yet. I waited a full 45 minutes after my designated pick up time for my order. I am a very patient person but this is completely unacceptable.
