Stopped in for a harvest host overnight in our RV and had an excellent evening. Briana the bartender was friendly and attentive, their brewmaster, Marco was informative and friendly. We chatted about the future of beers and the interesting work they are putting into their new releases. The food was good and the view was excellent! Definitely worth stopping in!

Another great stay at Mt Shasta Brewery and Weed Alehoise Bistro - a Harvest Hoat location. Food and beer were brilliant! Our party of 3 had 2 California Chick panini and a vegetarian flatbread. The flavors were perfect - my flatbread was like a Greek salad / Italian antipasto pizza - yum! My husband and friend found their panini excellent and the side Greek salad was beautiful. All beer choices were great too - I had the jalapeño beer with pickle- nice. Large parking area for RVs though leveling is needed. There were 3 towed trailers and our 25 foot Navion with room for more. NOTE TO THOSE TOWING VEHICLES - use the loading dock entrance vs the Harvest Host lot entrance. You’ll note the digs in the tarmac - you will drag your hitch! But we will make this a regular stop on our trips along I-5 in Northern California.

Just passing through from L.A. to Seattle, spent the night in Shasta and always on the prowl for a good local brewery. Went in for a couple beers, no disappointments! Tried a couple of their IPA’s both were very good; in fact took a 6-pack back to the room! Neat place, lots of antiques and a cool back bar, certainly worth a stop.

Service was great and the beer is super good! The flat bread pizza is small for the price but not too crazy.

The food was good. We were taking a break from a long ride so didn’t try the beer this time. ? One of our party is gluten free and the pickings were super slim (salad). You cannot take dogs inside (which is CA law, probably). The outside accommodation (still cold outside this year) is just the parking lot with some picnic tables. But the service was friendly. There is a park next Door where we walked the dog while we waited (not too long) for our food (including a pizza).

What a horrible experience. The beer with subpar, and I got the chance to speak with the brewmaster and he was pretentious and kind of rushing us to get out. our waitress was very unattended and very uninformed of what she was selling us beer wise and was rude to boot. Would not go again. Will tell other people not to go.

Sadie is undeniably the best bartender in the area. She is professional, personable, attentive, efficient, and makes everyone feel welcome. The beer and food were excellent. We are definitely coming back.

22/10 Happy Halloween! A place to stay. A fascinating place to visit. Great beer. Great food. Great bistro food. I now look forward to exploring more of Weed CA when a future trip brings us "north". We have several reasons for heading North -- through Weed.
