Food is always room temperature. I have NEVER EVER received HOT FOOD from this restaurant. Even when I’ve ordered early in the morning on my way to work. (6am) I’ve given up and just had to move on. The restaurant is conveniently located right off the freeway. But I can’t seem to receive hot food.

Too High and the sales they have look good until you receive them and it's like a slider that actually just sets your appetite and your already out 16$ when you could have gotten great food and great value somewhere else like Chipotle

Took nearly 20 mins to get my burger and i was the only customer in the store. And once I got it, the patty was drier than beef jerky. The kid in the front was quick, and food prep guy was slower than a group of turtles.

I paid with EBT food stamps and was charged tax. You DO NOT charge tax on food sales it is against the law. I use my EBT card at many fast food establishments and this was the first and only time I've been charged tax on a food sale. They are ripping people off and earning tons of money. It may just be a few cents here and there but it adds up and people on EBT are on a limited income every penny matters. This is not okay. I will be contacting corporate regarding this matter.

This takes place on April 3rd at 4am.
The night shift lady is very rude and unprofessional and she needs to be fired.
I tried doing a uber eats order and apparently she paused the orders coming in but it still let me place it, The delivery driver arrived, and she tries telling them that my order was never placed, even though I was charged and she said That it never went through. So I called the delivery driver to talk to the person myself to ask what’s going on and she was rude to me on the phone with the delivery driver right there. She basically said there’s Nothing she can do, but I didn’t hear too clearly Because the phone was cutting out, so I told The Uber eats delivery driver to cancel the order because I didn’t wanna waste anymore of their time. They waited there for 10 minutes And still nothing from them, thinking that she was preparing My order. So then I call the Carl’s Jr. location where they said my order was not placed And they answered and I talked to the lady and she was so rude and basically told me to go F myself and talk to Uber support. so I did and Uber support said she paused the orders coming in so I tried calling back to the Carl’s Jr. and she repeatedly denied the phone call over and over and over I called at least 10 times and still no answer. She has wasted my time and she does not deserve to be working there. And to the owner, you better talk to her or fire her because this is not OK with the customer service. She has horrible reviews already, and as soon as I saw the Reviews it really pissed me off even more that you guys still let her work there. I get it sucks to be working a graveyard shift, but that’s no excuse to be rude to customers

Shout out to the team that did this order I’ve NEVER been to a carls that gave us FRESH taste like made with clean oil I was hyped when the guy at the drive thru gave me the shakes I was so impressed and his customer service was top notch! KEEP IT UP I’m not even from the area and decide to stop
