Pulled up to drive-thru. Line was empty, but no one answered. Drove up to the window and waited. Place my order, waited, drove away. Order was wrong. Had to drive back to get it corrected. Then I had to wait for other orders to be filled before they finally got to mine.

Bro that beanie guy needs to have better costumer service. So rude in my experience. I don’t order Starbucks so I’m not aware of anything. I ordered a shaken oat-milk expresso idk but I ask for no ice for my mom and he said “what? That’s impossible” in the most rude way. Bro hates his job. It sucks bc I always come to this Starbucks until his service. I hate ordering from here now, worried that I’ll be embarrassed again.

I usually come in the morning,and I never have to wait too long. This is one of my favorite locations IF there is ever a problem, Diamond always takes care of it effortlessly - she’s the best!
This is my closest drive thru and i love it. They changed their cups and i think its a great idea. Been coming her for years now. Awesome job guys.

I ordered an ice vanilla latte inside the store yesterday and there were only two customers sitting on table. I waited for more than 10 minutes and asked an employee at the counter about my order. No one was aware that my order was in line. No apology she responded with.
This is the second time I’ve gotten a frappe from this location and they have served me a block of ice both times. I could crunch the ice and the drink just tasted like ice, no flavor whatsoever. The baristas need some more practice with food quality because they will serve you whatever knowing they wouldn’t want to drink that themselves.
I was scammed! I ordered a grilled cheese sourdough sandwich through the drive thru. I received HALF of a Jalapeño chicken pocket. Unfortunately I was in a rush and was not able to go back for a refund or compensation. I called the store to address the issue and the worker gave attitude. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Don’t go here.

Hey guys today we had the chance and the opportunity we’re come and grab a latte in the lovely city of Lomita California we meant three people that work in the Starbucks great service. I recommend you guys to come and grab your coffee on this location if you’re in the area.
