Walnut Ridge Apartments

We are so happy we came across these beautiful apartments. From the time we walked in the leasing office meeting Timothy, it felt so welcoming and looked like a place we could call home. Timothy was very helpful and knowledgeable as he gave us a tour of the community. Timothy showed excellent service, is kind, and has guided us throughout our entire moving-in process. We thank him and his entire team for making our move to Walnut Ridge Apartments seamless and effortless.

The Management Team is so accommodating and responsive, specially Mr. Bart and Mr Timothy.

We just signed a lease with Walnut Ridge Apartments, the management team (specifically Bart) throughout the process was on top of everything, always available for questions we had, and was very professional and amicable. Definitely one of the better leasing offices in the area.

Sandy was very helpful and professional we appreciated her honesty and quick responses!

Rubina and the crew are fantastic! Well organized and keeps us updated with any apartment issues.

Just started our lease here recently.
Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Laundry room is clean and the machines actually work. Overall clean in the amenities. The weekend is actually quiet and peaceful! When walking the community the grassy areas are actually clean. People here actually pick up after their dogs ,that's kind of a hard one to find.

Living at Walnut Ridge was honestly such a great experience! The management and staff are amazing — super approachable, responsive, and you can tell they really care about the residents. Anytime I needed anything, they handled it quickly and kindly.

The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and incredibly spacious. It’s a really family-friendly community and has a very homey, peaceful vibe. The neighborhood around it is nice too — quiet, safe, and just feels like a great place to be.

Overall, I'd give my experience a 12/10. I’m really grateful I got to live here and would absolutely recommend Walnut Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Did the final inspection to move out with one of the workers and he stated everything was fine and good shape which is good I move out and review and email saying I owe 1800$ for a new refrigerator they have to get and for new flooring they have to get. Complete bullshit. They are trying to scam ppl and get more money out of you. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I took pics and videos of everything before I left so something like this don’t happen so save my own ass. This is ridiculous really shitty apartments and everything breaks and it takes them 6 months to even take a look at what’s broken.

Sandy was a great help with getting things started with the process. Office staff is very friendly! Everything was very quick and easy! Very quiet community and safe. Excited to make this my home!

There is a lot of drugs being sold here not a good place to move your family in they don't do nothing about people breaking in and have no security didn't feel safe at all till I moved out last year my advice find a better place to stay

I have lived here for the past 7 months and honestly I have no complaints about this apartment complex . My unit was completely renovated and new appliances were installed before I moved in. The environment here is calm , quiet and peaceful. Maintenance answers requests within 24 hours at most . The pool is open year round which is a huge plus , it is safe at all times very lit area at night time . All around very nice place to live . Upkept , clean and peaceful .

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!

Living here was by far the worst experience in terms of parking/security or the lack of security. Had not one but TWO motorcycles stolen from this complex. This gated community should be ashamed.

I removed my original review after management questioned my wife about it. Before you think about renting/living at Walnut Ridge Apartments I really want you to know the truth about incidents that have gone on since I moved my family in back in 2018.
1. My wife and step-daughter have dealt with sexual harassment by the landscaping workers on multiple occasions. Reported the incidents to the front office, and nothing was done. They called a few of the workers in to speak to them. They continued to work on the premises for awhile.
2. A person was stabbed, at the time there were tennis courts.
3. A tenants relative shot and killed his own cousin at one of the car ports back off the Sentuous Ave side. The killer was still free walking around the apartment complex. We have security video of him.
4. Constant maintenence issues.
5. A tenant above us, at the time, was having a relationship with an under aged girl from the high-school across the street. Front office was aware of this. So for you that have underage daughters, please be very careful around this area.
6. Vehicles getting broken in to or stolen. My step-daughter's vehicle was stolen shortly after she purchased it.
7. I have witnessed numerous illegal activities on the premises. Also be ready for the occasional police raid.
8. The front office is in cahoots with a towing company, sign in the front says Aaron's Towing. Well Aaron's Towing has been out of business for years. They have moved to multiple locations. After numerous complaints and illegal allegations to include charges filed against them, they changed their name to A7 Towing. Better Business Bureau website had them rated "F". A7 towing will illegally tow your vehicle from Walnut Ridge Apartments over the weekend so they can upcharge you a substantial amount since they will consider it after hours. Currently they are using a black unmarked tow truck. That way you can't identify them. If Walnut Ridge front office staff uses such a corrupt company that just shows you the type of business they do and do not care about the tenants.
Good luck if you decide to live here. We understand the financial hardship and sometimes we have to do what we can.

Do not apply here, process to rent took more than 2 months, management was waiting on a background check, they did not provide any information on when we could expect the background check to arrive, they said they use a 3rd party for background checks and it was out of their control, at first they said it would take no more than 40 days to move in, we waited 2 months and nothing came in, we decided to cancel. They also mentioned they have other people waiting to move in for 3 months. on top of that they tell you a price on their page and change it and charge more once you start the process to apply. Horrible experience and management all around.
