The drinks here never disappoint. The workers here are always welcoming, patient, and informative. I usually get the drink "Thousand Eyes" as a nice refresher. I think BAMBU is a hidden gem

You guys have to come here. They have the best drinks in the world especially if you are tired of regular boba drinks (although they do also sell boba too).

First time being a Bambū customer. They have pictures of chicken wings but were not available when we tried to order them. The guy at the register wasn't really helpful either. He spoke really softly that we had hard time understanding him. Our drinks were okay (see photo). It's one of those where you've tried it and you place a check mark and move on. The biggest let down for us was chicken wings not being available that night.

This place sucks. Compare to SGV locations this place cheats you on the special drinks. I ordered their special #10 and the contents inside were a forth of what you would get in SGV. Will never go back.

The pandan waffle is quite good. Drinks, I'm not so sure about. I don't like sweet drinks, so I always ask for less sweet. Maybe the guy taking my order didn't hear me, but the drink was way too sweet for me. I go to a milk tea place for drinks, and I don't really feel interested in returning.

Placed a phone order today.. he repeated the order to me but when we brought our drinks home it wasn't right.. we ordered 3-#1, 2-#10 and 1-#5.. being that every cup cost us roughly $5... we end up throwing away two cause we didn't even know what it was. Next time Id definitely check the order before I take off.

I love bambu. This location is a bit further of a drive but worth it. It's located inside almost like a food court. Service was eh. Guy wasnt very friendly but wasnt rude either. Just seemed like he would rather be elsewhere. I liked that this location doesnt PACK your dessert with ice. I always order the bambu favorite which never fails. Just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely gonna go back and try their other desserts

I'd be surprised this place lasted long. I ordered 6 drinks and 3 of them being boba milk tea and one jasmine milk tea and 2 specialty drinks. Of the 6 drinks, 4 of the orders were entered in wrong and it was a little frustrating to have it corrected. When the drinks came, one drink I ordered with no ice came back like 3/4 filled. Although I didn't end up drinking it all, it was still strange to see. The milk tea itself wasn't bad but not worth the cost and the boba was mushy. A lot of people in our group ended up only drinking half of their drink. Not that good.. wouldn't come again.

I have been to other Bambu locations and this was the first time at this location. I ordered the avocado drink and it was gross. It was warm. Like all the ingredients they used were not refrigerated??? Even after I mixed with the shaved ice the drink was still warm. I had to throw it away because what if they were stored correctly and I get sick. Swearing off bambu for now and maybe forever.
I only tried the kwetiaw goreng this time. Good stuff. I will be back to order other items to add to my review.

We love the bambu dessert. My fave is no. 5 a avocado smash and the strawberry smoothie. We tried the bambu in Philly many times. First time trying Bambu in LA. I have to say it tastes better than the one in east coast.

I've frequented this place several times and has never been disappointed. They use fresh ingredients and a nice blend of flavors and textures. Ask to customize the sweetness if needed, they are happy to accommodate. These are my go-to: #6 and #1. Also try their pandan waffle if you're feeling adventurous - I was pleasantly surprised.
