About Quan Nem Ninh Hoa

Quan Nem Ninh Hoa is a popular Vietnamese restaurant known for its delicious and generous portions of pho and other dishes. The combination pho remains a highlight, featuring an incredible amount of protein, perfectly sweet and full broth, and large portion sizes that can even be enough for a second meal. The restaurant offers fresh noodles as an option, enhancing the dish's flavor.

With quick and efficient service, a large seating area, and plenty of parking, Quan Nem Ninh Hoa is a great choice for those craving Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant is busy, even with Haven City Market- West Covina in the same plaza, and it is a favorite spot for families. Customers enjoy dishes like banh hoi chao tom, nem nuong cuon, banh canh tom, and com chien, which are perfect for sharing. The nem nuong cuon, fresh spring rolls with grilled pork patties, comes with a bright orange shrimp paste dipping sauce, while banh canh tom features thick udon-like noodles and shrimp.

The banh hoi, a ground shrimp paste wrapped around sugarcane, is served with thin woven vermicelli noodles and is hard to find elsewhere. The restaurant also offers catering, providing ample peanut and fish sauce for their spring rolls, which are a hit at parties. Prices are fair, and the portions are huge, making it a great value. Overall, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is nice, contributing to a pleasant dining experience.

Our servers were so nice! the pho soups were so fresh and steamy hot! My husband and I were very pleased
New to the area and no culinary inhibitions!

Absolutely love what I got which was the hot pot spicy octopus and the port tofu soup as well as a seafood pancake.

The waiter was so engaging -he took his time to explain to me exactly what each item is as well as sauces & how they complement the items.

I’ll definitely keep this place on my list of repeats.
We haven't been here for a few years now. I think the last time we were here, we had the oxtail pho, and we were disappointed. Not that it's wasn't good, but the portion and the amount of meat got so small. Especially the oxtail, they kind of chopped it up to small pieces instead.
Anyhow, that was a few years back. We didn't order oxtail pho this time. Instead we opted for the filet mignon pho with fresh noodles(it's the only way to eat pho) and bun bo Hue. The portion were...read full review
