Still scratching my noodles itch, I found my self at Quan Nem for Vietnamese pho. For the first time I saw an option for the fresh noodles. I opted for fresh and was glad I did. Fresh noodles are an extra tasty feature that goes with the very flavorful broth. I opted forThe spicy beef and oxtail soup. The fresh noodles were yummy and the bowl is huge. Vietnamese coffee and shrimp spring rolls rounded out my meal. Although a bit pricier than other pho shops, again huge portions.Yum

Fresh, good quality Vietnamese dishes. There's a wide variety from spring rolls, pho, rice dishes and even banh bot loc. The flavoring at this restaurant are gentle and the fish sauce isn't as pungent/strong as others restaurants. The few servers are stretched thin in a packed house, but they're courteous and eventually get you what you need.

Great spot for traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Believe they are known for their summer/spring rolls ( rolls wrapped in rice paper w veggies, protein, and dipped sauces). They have various locations around 626. The one in West Covina has more seafood and vegetarian options. Such as tofu, shrimp, or fish paste.I would rate their summer rolls as #1 in the 626 area. Ingredients are fresh. It simply tastes like home.

The portion needs to be a little bigger for the price. The waitress needs to have more knowledge of the menu and ingredients of each dish. Other than that, the experience was great. The place is not peaceful and clean. The restroom is well maintained for these types of restaurants.

Our favorite pho place in SGV! I've been bringing family and friends here and they all loved it! Food is delicious and service is quick and friendly. #21 is a no brainer but try other deliciousness on the menu as well if you are feeling adventurous. Keep up the good work!

Our new go-to pho spot! They have a lot of variety compared to other pho places near by. I first tried their Pho Dac Biet and oxtail pho which hit the spot! We also tried the spring rolls and banh beo which came out super fresh. Will definitely come back to try their bun bo hue and other dishes! Service was also good and always kept our waters filled. They also have party tray options that looks promising.

This place was such a great find , I was hungry in the Covina area and found this gem. We ordered the pork chops , chicken pho and the nem rolls and everything was absolutely fire. The pho broth was so flavorful that it didn't really need any significant additional condiments. The nem roll was prepped perfectly , grilled pork was A1. Every bite I got a taste of every ingredient. I will def be back when in Covina , very delish and incredible atmosphere.

Came here for lunch based on a coworkers recommendation but came away unimpressed. We ordered the summer roll, pho Combination, and bun Bo hue. The summer roll was decent but the noodle soups were bad. The pho noodles were overcooked and falling apart. Broth had lots of msg and could use more flavor. The bun Bo hue was disappointing as it lacked flavor. Would not recommend this place as there are better pho restaurants in the 626.

Found in the back corner of parking lot. This place was really good. Got the Vermicelli with egg roll and beef. It had a lot of meat I just wish it came with 2 egg rolls instead of 1. The #2 was so good too Inside was a thick piece of meat and an egg roll shell for a delicious crunch. Very clean restaurant and would definitely come back again.
