Every other night I go to Carl's Jr in covina on Azusa Ave and Ms.Ana I believe she's the manager and if she isn't, than she should be. She always greets her customers with professionalism, shes so polite, friendly and always with a smile. She explains the menu and the deals when you're not sure even if shes busy with customers. She's the reason why my daughter and I go especially because she makes the most yummy shakes lol. Thank you Ana for always treating...

Came to this Carl's Jr. very recently and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very polite and the food was out nice and hot. I would definitely refer to this location and will be coming back!

Went to go eat the new Diablo and their new loaded Diablo fries very good nice and hot and the staff very friendly with smiles on their faces overall very good experience I’ll definitely come back to eat their!!!
