My husband bought a Pandecoco at Island Pacific and paid $6.99 for something he can't eat. It was cold so we thought it was just refrigerated. Took it home and the following morning tried to eat it. It was hard like a rock and crumbled . We microwaved it for few seconds and came out just as bad. Never again!!
Had lunch at Sawali Grill in Anaheim a few weeks ago & they were selling hopia at the register. Bought some to eat on the go. I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious it was! Noticed the label was from Cebu La Fortuna Bakery in West Covina. I was in the West Covina area yesterday & decided to swing by.
