I just ordered two personal mini bon bites, each came with four. they were disgusting, cold, hard and no icing. they looked so sad, waste of money

I never leave reviews but I really was shocked at how this man let me buy a cinnamon roll with a smile and still asked if I wanted to buy another one knowing It was going to get me sick to my stomach. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing anything here because it made me sick two days in a row. They looked fresh but I guess it wasn’t.

An extremely rude woman refused to even scan my rewards then told me I had to back out of that screen knowing that I'd lose my reward, then sarcastically said, thank you.

When you come to the mall you get a cinnamon roll. I was second in line and the line moved fast. I ordered my regular, a classic bun. I asked for a a second for and I was told I can only get one utensil per item. I was disappointed. I walked to my car and my roll was barely like warm. Even more disappointed. I paid almost $7 for a luke-warm bun that came with I ply napkin and fork.

My daughter loves Cinnabon, so every time we're in the plaza we order coffees and a few Cinnabon. Ruby the manager is extremely rude so I avoid to purchase with her. Bit today my daughter was craving a Cinnabon ,I asked Ruby if she had a y fresh since she was giving me the last one on the tray, she then replied with an absurd attitude that this was the only one left. Then my 5 yr old askedfor a fork and she was very rude to him. My so. Wondered why she was mad?? I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude towards my son.

This is by far THE worse Cinnabon ever! Not for the food, for the service. Very rude woman working there. Don't know if she got there late to open, nothing was ready, came back at 12, and what I wanted was not ready. Seems like because I wanted it, she made sure to tell me that it would be at least an hour or hour and a half! Will NEVER go back to that Cinnabon. Will drive father to another location.

This location is terrible. Came here on a weekday around noon and they didn't have any fresh rolls ready. They said they only had packs and they looked at least a day old but was told they were made in the morning...if they were made in the morning why didnt they have any out to sell?Came back a 2nd time for fresh rolls and was told that the 4-pack made a few hours ago. I was skeptical since they didn't look like it and of course when I got home to reheat them, it was dry and not fresh at all. This is my first time having a bad Cinnabon...very disappointed. The woman who helped me was also rude af. Not sure if she was the manager or owner but sure acted like one.

I'm not sure if it is this particular location/booth or batch of cinnamon rolls that they made today...but my roll was flat and it did not have that soft fluffy bite to it. The frosting also tasted off, it had more of a vanilla frosting flavor (like the pillsbury one that you can buy at a grocery store) and it lacked the usual cream cheese flavor. Overall, my roll did not taste like the standard Cinnabon roll. I'm pretty disappointed because I love Cinnabon and this is the first time I have had a problem with the quality.

Pretty much the worst Cinnamon location. Had a discount code that said show a worker to redeem but the manager said he wouldn't honor it because they are a private owned location and don't have to. Was pretty much rude and condescending. The other employees there are barely decent. When giving them my info to verify they needed me to spell yahoo?. Lastly, the buns look like they've been sitting out for hours with the crust topping dried up to the point where it's brittle. Would not recommend giving them your business unless you want to risk stomach issues from food left sitting for hours.

If I could leave a no star I would. I came to the mall for the mall hours said 10 but it looks like the stores opened at 11. I went to ask nicely at the employee opening to confirm the opening at 11 and she ignored me and then gave me a dirty look as she walked away. When she turned around to return to where I was standing she continued to glare at me. I get that she probably didn't want to come in or was having a tough morning but all I wanted to do was ask a question and they were just so rude to me and my mom. Not going there again ever.

Now I know why this cinnabon from plaza west covina has so many bad reviews .They make some food from the leftover rolls and again sell it. I watched them so many time cutting the old buns and selling .The owner indian lady was even worse in her behavior she was so rude .They should clean and make and sell fresh food .

Not only was I able to order same day, but the employees were kind and helpful. Sure it's their job, but many people are verbally abusive during high-stress times such as Christmas eve. I had such horrible customer service from Montclair Cinnabon that I drove to West Covina expecting the worst. I will go our of my way to be a patron here.

Not fresh at all. The cinnamon roll tastes as if it's a day old. Maybe it's just this location? $15 just for 2 single large roll. Might as well opt in for 8+ jumbo cinnamon roll if you were to buy their Cinnabon in the refrigerated section at the market.
