Not only was I able to order same day, but the employees were kind and helpful. Sure it's their job, but many people are verbally abusive during high-stress times such as Christmas eve. I had such horrible customer service from Montclair Cinnabon that I drove to West Covina expecting the worst. I will go our of my way to be a patron here.
My husband and I decided to endulge in two large cinnabons. The works made us feel like a burden to serve the two cinnabons. One worker was talking on her cellphone and moved away from the registers as we walked up to the counter. The other lady approached the registers and asked if we were ready. I asked which group of pastries were the mini as the sign was between two different styles. The lady mumbled an answer we couldn't understand. When you come to the mall you get a cinnamon roll. I was second in line and the line moved fast. I ordered my regular, a classic bun. I asked for a a second for and I was told I can only get one utensil per item. I was disappointed. I walked to my car and my roll was barely like warm. Even more disappointed. I paid almost $7 for a luke-warm bun that came with I ply napkin and fork.
