Very poor customer service. Very rude staff, very unprofessional can't admit when they give the wrong order or when they didn't give your item in your bag and continued to say they did but my item wasn't in the bag, but i was charged for it. They can't admit they made a mistake. Very bad customer service !! Never go back there again.

The Customer Service is horrible! The staff (mainly females) all have the worst attitudes, & NEVER listen long enough to hear what you actually ordered & just give you whatever they feel like making. I hate this place. Whoever owns it either has the same attitude or doesn’t care about how customers are treated. The last 3 times I’ve been here my order has been wrong. The staff is trash.

Very nice remodeling. It's good that they give importance to remodeling and making everything look new. I like that they return a little more to the clients. That was excellent because there are places that don't spend any money.

I gave this location a 2-star because their food is always inconsistent. Sometimes the chicken is perfectly seasoned and crispy. Sometimes, it's dry and bland. Aside from that, my drive-thru experience is not that great either. They almost always mess up my order such as not putting utensils in my bag, no straws, giving me the wrong drinks, forgetting my combo drinks, etc. I am trying to avoid going to this location unless I crave it.. :(

What's wrong with this location? Why are these the only ones that charge for every side of dressing? I would understand, charging for extra, but you're literally charging for the sauce that was MISSING from my meal ??? The employees literally act like the salsa is coming out of their paycheck??? This is weird.

What is it with them and their cilantro sauce? Do the employees have to pay for each one given out? Last week they charged me $1.50 for extra green sauce. Today they said they didn't have any. It's the only reason I go there so if they don't have enough for me to even buy it, it won't be worth it for me to go anymore.

On Monday the 6th at 6:30pm, the cashier taking orders at drive thru took my order and said Cilantro dressing was extra. I told her to look at my loco salads if she could find the dressing then its not that it's extra, it's missing, in addition, I never get charge at different pollo locos I eat 3 times per week due to my diet regimen. She interrupted me, said look at the menu it's there now, and she said " I worked at ALL pollo locos and they charge. " I told her I will go to another pollo loco and take a picture to show it to her. I got one and was was not charge. Info to call an confirm if they charge for Cilantro dressing. As I read the reviews and comments in the past month, I noticed I am not the only one not happy with management. As pollo loco is a franchise company, I would advice the owner to rethink who she has working. If someone has worked in ALL pollo locos, if not a lie, then its a red flag. Someone always being replace or fired for her attitude towards resolving issue.

I ordered a family meal and extra, and my entire meal was perfect and extra fresh and super hot when it arrived. I called the restaurant to make sure my order would be perfect, and so they don't forget anything, and I'm pretty sure her name was Lily that answered the phone, and she was so nice and attentive, and answered all my questions. I will definitely order more from you guys in the future. Thank you so much!
