Food is ok. The service is good. The limited ingredients you get with the ramen make you feel like you want more. Perhaps things will pick up after the remodeling outside. I do recommend going at happy hour during 2pm to avoid any lunch rush.
Fujin Ramen Restaurant offers ok food with good service. The limited ingredients in the ramen may leave you wanting more, but the large portion sizes make up for it. The thin ramen noodles and thin cut Chasu are a unique twist, albeit a bit pricey. The calamari is a must-try, with delicious flavors and unexpectedly large fries. The restaurant itself is clean, with attentive service, but some may find the food disappointing compared to traditional ramen dishes.
