This restaurant just became our new favorite. We ordered the Prawn and Palms, gnocchi, ribeye steak, and crepes—all served family-style, which we loved. We felt so comfortable bringing our two-year-old, and that alone for me says a lot. Brenda was incredibly kind and walked us through how the dishes were made, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful. The music was low, the vibes were warm, and conversation flowed easily. Most definitely recommend.

Got to the one in Pasadena instead. Manager at this location could care less about service, and it shows in her staff. Nobody greated me so I ended up seating myself, later found it was the manager that watched me walk by her to find my own seat. Didn't question or care i wasn't being seated by an employee. Took 10 minutes of servers walking by before I was greeted. Meanwhile the place was at Best 25% full. No appologies, just excuses by manager, who ended up being my server, or server claiming to be the manager. I guess I found out why the place was only 25% full.
Service was good, but food was average. Tomahawk had so much fat, most of it was inedible.

Excellent food, especially the steaks (chicken, beef, and salmon).
However, we had to always ask for drink refills. And the French baguettes never came after a handful of asking...
They have some great drinks as well where other places do not offer, such as the chocolate Mozart martini and crown raspberry.
Overall, I highly recommend this place!

We ordered the Gaucho Style entree with two sides as a steak selection. One steak had a reasonable amount of fat (around 10%). The othe cut was over 30%, which left little meat to enjoy. After assessing the steak fat content, meager portion side dishes, and a tiramisu that looked and tasted store bought, against the meal portion of the bill, it was clearly not of value. In all fairness, the red Sangria and Paloma drinks were excellent. Fresh ingredients, very tasty, and nice presentation. If I were to return, I would sit in the bar area with appetizers.
