As a former customer service manager for a Fortune500 company, I always pay attention to servive.I was Very Impressed with this Sizzler!!Wow! Hadn't been to sizzler in years and it did not disappoint. More than anything I was amazed by their wonderful service! From the gentleman that sat us down to the waiter I don't think I have ever had service like that!

This sizzler on west co parkwy is always great,everyone is always friendly and salad bar is always stocked/full. Our Waiter usually is Phil and cant say enough great things about him, he is always checking in on us and has a great attitude always, Thank You Phil.
