First time eating here. Food was good I got the lobster. I know it took a while.to cook but it tasted cold. Calamari was really good. Waiter and waitress were nice but they did forget a few of our sides but we were a group of 25 people.
I had the pleasure of dining at Gaucho Grill recently and I must say that German, our server, provided an excellent dining experience. From the moment we arrived, German's professionalism and attentiveness stood out. He not only made fantastic menu suggestions for appetizers and entrées, but also ensured that our food was brought to us at the perfect moment. It was as if he anticipated our needs even before we voiced them.Our overall experience at the restaurant was incredibly pleasant and satisfying.German's exceptional service truly enhanced our dining experience.Moreover, the food itself was nothing short of delicious. Every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor.I highly recommend dining at Gaucho Grill and specifically requesting German as your server. His expertise and attention to detail will elevate your dining experience to a whole new level. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Booked a reservation for a Wednesday night for my birthday for a group of 4. Ordered 2 appetizers and a couple of cocktails. Calamari comes with oli sauce but tasted of mayo, the Argentin sausage was good. Ordered 4 steaks, 2 ribeyes, filet mignon and top sirloin. Asked for med on the ribeyes and filet, top sirloin med well. Ribeyes were perfect but filet and top was rare, asked to be recooked and quickly received attitude from the manager who was also our waitress. As we waited for our steaks to come back, we discovered a hair in one of our sides and an eyelash in another. Also water decanter that is served had black mold around the inside of the cap. Didn't eat the 2 steaks on the return so was removed from our bill but for 2 steaks 2 sides 2 appetizers and 5 cocktails the bill was 245 dollars.

I’ve been here several times now but tonight was especially wonderful as I didn’t expect the beautiful live music from Rodrigo. The music was relaxing and set the perfect mood for the occasion and place with some songs in English and Spanish. We love live music and are always looking for places that provide that. The food was delicious and the service from our waiter German was on point. He was kind, professional, and attentive. We felt like all of our needs were anticipated and met even before we had to ask. We’ll definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and kid menus for them to color and play. The Mac n cheese is gooooood.

Came to dine here with my family on a Saturday night. First thing we all noticed was a strong bathroom odor upon entering the restaurant. This was made worse when they seated us directly in front of the bathroom. We tried to tolerate it but by the time our drinks arrived it became apparent we couldn’t enjoy our meal that way. We asked our waitress, as nicely as possible, if it was okay to change tables due to the smell. She immediately changed her attitude and seemed insulted, saying she would get someone else to switch our tables. Okay. We tried to put this behind us. The waiter at our new table was courteous and attentive. We ordered food which came out in a timely manner, however we were again quickly disappointed. My husband and I both ordered the milanesa napolitana. The meat was rubbery and cold, and instead of being topped tomato sauce and a thin slice of ham, was topped with a pink pasta sauce and a huge rectangular slab of cold ham. My cousin’s steak was burnt as well. My husband is Argentinian and we eat at Argentinian restaurants regularly. We both agreed this was the worst Argentinian food we had ever tasted. On top of that, the prices were outrageous for the poor quality of food. We had high hopes for this restaurant but unfortunately it was a disappointment.

Went for an anniversary dinner, waitress was nice but service was terrible, was only checked on once when our food arrived. The food had no flavor, the only thing that was good were the French fries. Everyone does just walk around and ignores you, we didn’t get our appetizer til after we were done eating, it took just as long as the meat, they do give you a warning on the menu to allow 30 minutes for the meat to be cooked but I wasn’t expecting the appetizer to take just as long or longer. The drinks were also not very good.
Loved the Tiger Shrimp and palms appetizer. Great steak options. Good wine selection and full bar.
