So I came here for a quick stop to get just some juice either strawberries wild or mango gogo you know Jamba Juice they have like what you need right so I walk in. No one's in there it's literally desolate and a ghost town. I order a small strawberries, wild and the lady tells me "we don't have small so you have to get a medium or large", I say OK. Can you make a small portion and put it in the medium cup? She said no we can't do that. My manager said we can't do that! Like wth where has all the customer service gone I don't understand. Then she looked like I was bothering her when I said OK well that's it? There's no other options? Flat out said "No". Some people and Businesses are just so unaccommodating will never be back here. She didn't even look like she wanted to help me and there was literally no one else in there. So you've lost a customer.

I just wasted $18 on two smoothies at a location that I would describe as an embarrassment to the brand. I will say that the sole employee was very apologetic about my experience and I appreciate him for that. This location has always had bad reviews and I've gone here sparingly, but I'm definitively done here after my last visit. First, you're not allowed to order a small smoothie. They are out of the cups (???) but in reality I think that they're just not selling them so that they can make more money. The food and pastries look days old. I would bet a pretty penny that they keep those baked goods far past the sell by date. The location is completely "out" of the fresh juices. I asked them why, they said that they don't have the means of ordering the supplies and that they don't have a working juicer. Their juicer isn't broken- they don't have one at all in spite of half of the menu being fresh squeezed juice. I asked them to do a split cup as you can order in the app, and I was told they're "not allowed to anymore" and that they wouldn't honor it if placed in a mobile order. They don't even have a printer for receipts or cup holders. This is a low budget franchise location with a cheap owner and I'm surprised it's still in business at all.

Terrible service! Used a coupon on the app, but was charged full price. No acknowledgment from the worker, just a rude comment about getting fully charged. Jamba Juice has fallen in business. Won't be return.

The shttest service I've experienced. First off I used a coupon for my drink, which was accepted by the app. I then was excited to go get it. Walking in the worker doesn't acknowledge you and just gave me my drink saying "here btw you're getting charged full price tomorrow"!?!? Jamba Juice is such a scam and has fallen since the last time I've went. He then gave the worst attitude towards me for no reason. Like if you don't want to work there then you should find a better job since obviously from this interaction Jamba Juice doesn't know how to treat their customers and maybe that wiped down to their mediocre employees. Will never be back for this horrible business. Wish I could put negative stars.

I chose this location because they're open at 6:30. So after charging my car, I drove 30 minutes the opposite direction of my job, to this location after ordering on the app. To my surprise I arrived at 6:43 and they are not here. It is now 7:05 and nobody is still here. I've called the store several times and it just has this annoying beep when it answers. I would like to have my energy drink to get my morning started and get to work but I guess the employees at Jamba juice had other plans and decided not to come to work today. This is very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed and I may never return to this location because I can't trust that it will be open when they say they're open. Not to mention I already paid for my drink that I can't have. Now I have to try to not be grumpy and grouchy without any energy or vitamins to start my day. Thank you Jamba juice for choosing outstanding professional Don't get me wrong I understand emergencies happen but there are numerous employees so that you shouldn't be able to have somebody else open if you can't open when your schedule to open there should be protocols for something like this. Like maybe the owner getting out of bed and coming to open the store. Simply ridiculous and unprofessional.

DONT WORK HERE. i was an employee here in may 2022. they treat you like a robot and force u to come in at 9-11PM to clean the place from top to bottom. They also make you work by yourself on over 50 orders at a time, they’re very un empathetic and not understanding that u can’t just whip up 50 smoothies within 5 minutes. On top of all of that, they never sent me my W-2 even tho i requested it multiple times. I tried calling them multiple times, emailing, nothing. I will probably just have to notify the IRS they’re refusing to send me my w-2. This is the worst establishment i have worked for and i have had over 9 jobs.

Place was just closed at 4:30pm on a normal Thursday - no idea why. No sign or anything, lights are on inside and door is locked. I tried calling their "GO JAMBA" number, no answer. Turns out, one worker was apparently on a break and the other one was "clocking in". Then the guy didn't give me a straw with my drink, either. Pay these employees enough to care.And time your shift changes better.

Got both of the kids drinks - strawberry banana and the blueberry one and they tasted flavorless. It's like there wasn't enough fruit in the drink and was only blended with ice and some of the grape fruit juice they used.I remember getting the acai bowl here before and it was good so I don't know if just the kids drink were very diluted.

I love Jamba, but something wasn't right with it today... I think something was spoiled. I had to throw away my whole drink, it had my stomach feeling bad, my mouth feeling funny. It wasn't good today.
