I just wasted $18 on two smoothies at a location that I would describe as an embarrassment to the brand. I will say that the sole employee was very apologetic about my experience and I appreciate him for that. This location has always had bad reviews and I've gone here sparingly, but I'm definitively done here after my last visit. First, you're not allowed to order a small smoothie. Terrible service! Used a coupon on the app, but was charged full price. No acknowledgment from the worker, just a rude comment about getting fully charged. Jamba Juice has fallen in business. Won't be return.

So I came here for a quick stop to get just some juice either strawberries wild or mango gogo you know Jamba Juice they have like what you need right so I walk in. No one's in there it's literally desolate and a ghost town. I order a small strawberries, wild and the lady tells me "we don't have small so you have to get a medium or large", I say OK.
