This is a typical Jersey Mike's establishment, this one is located in West Covina, across Eastland Center. I would visit this establishment, in the beginning of 2024, when I was on my lunch breaks, to get my lunch. The meals, that I would order, were, of course, delicious. The two girls (crew members) at Jersey Mike's in West Covina gave top-notch customer service. These two girls had patience while continuing to provide attentive service to each of their customers, especially during a busy rush hour around 2:30pm.
But what stood out the most for me was the one crew member who was working the line and ringing up orders. She maintained proper hand washing when transitioning from food to the register or answering the phone. Both girls...
