I went today and had a #7 which is a Turkey and Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan. I had it Mike’s Way with the “juice” which makes it delicious. I added mayo and cpr which is cherry pepper relish. It gives it a little kick and makes it tastes even better. This was the time I tried the relish and I love it. I received great service and the location was clean and pleasant. Thank you Jersey Mike’s I will be back again soon.

Update: Management never responded to my email which they requested for me to reach out .
I placed the order at 12:17 PM and received an email confirming that it would be ready at 12:32 PM. No big deal. It’s now 12:37 PM, and I’m 5 minutes past the “curbside” drop-off time. I called the store, and the employee, Esmeralda, answered. She said, “You placed the order too early and arrived too early. I’ll be out in a bit; it’s rush hour.” Before I could say anything else, she hung up the phone.
Then, I saw Esmeralda walking back and forth, looking for my vehicle. When she approached me, she said, “That’s not a Toyota Corolla.” If she isn’t happy working for Jersey Mike’s, she should find another job. This is my first and last time coming to this location. If she’s a reflection of the company, then the location speaks for itself.

I walked in and went to use the restroom before I ordered and one of the employees asked me if I was going to order. I told her I was going to buy a soda but was going to use the bathroom first. She couldn’t seem to grasp the concept that I did not want to bring the soda into the bathroom so followed me and wouldn’t stop knocking and yelling at me through the door until I was done and left the store

These guys are lame. This was a skimpy sandwich. I got there at my pick up time and they hadn't even started on the sandwich. I asked if it was busy at the end he said nah it's been dead. I shouldn't have tipped lol. I will try another location next time. They're also awkward as hell in there. My area (san fernando) usually gives pretty fat sandwiches and has a great attitude when I walk in. I do not recommend this location.

Jersey Mike's sandwiches always taste fresh. I especially like their Parmesan herb bread. Delicious. I also like the fact that they offer senior discounts and that every purchase earns you points towards a free sandwich.
