I stopped into this shop craving a cheesesteak and bought the GIANT for over $20. When I unwrapped it, the rosemary parm roll was stale, the meat was stingy, the onions were not caramelized and what meat there was in the roll was stringy... VERY DISAPPOINTING. Not going back.

My sandwich was overfilled and messy to eat. Came in last week near the end of the night and the staff was unwelcoming & rude. Male with mustach worker seemed reluctant and lazy to serve me just because it was near the end of the night. Some of us get off work late and we don’t mean to inconvenience you. Felt very uncomfortable overall and like my business was an inconvenience. Will be going to different locations now.

The day shift employees are awesome. The food is good. They give off a great vibe. There's a girl with a rose tattoo on her arm. She's so nice and helpful! Jersey mikes for yummy bites.

So I just wanted to order a Sandwich. The woman at the register looks disgruntled I am stopping their prep work so early in the day. She the comes up to me in a whisper and asks me what I want. I tell her four times what I wanted. She then tells me I can't hear you. I then raise my tone up a bit and straight forward with my order. She then giggles and goes to the back where she gets the bread. Her co-worker sees her and starts to giggle too as if they were in on a joke. I just leave. This was around 10:15am today. Verly obnoxious. First time I have ever walked out in years.

GREAT SERVICE! Friendly staff ! But too hot to eat inside - AC is broken, the staff was very fast but seemed to be overheating- it's too hot to not have AC in this heatwave !

This Jersey in particular have great customer service but it feels more like guest service from the team as the manager promotes an atmosphere of Joy, I Love everyone here!!!

The workers there are always super nice and friendly I work at petsmart so I go to get sumthing to drink or a kid meal when I go in my lunch and breaks :)

went in to get 3 giant subs for dinner, Guy takes my order and starts cooking, after 15-20 mins he "rings me up" and I noticed there was only 2 subs, I told him hey you're missing one, he then tells me I didn't have time to make the other one if you would if came earlier I could of made them, I then stated "why did you take my order then? I don't understand." Then I said how am I suppose to deem my family with two sandwiches when I need three. He then stated it's better then nothing, so your not going to take them. My response was nope, why would I? That's not what I ordered. This kids was rude as hell, will definitely be there tomorrow when they open to talk to a supervisor

What is a reasonable time to go expect an online order on a late Saturday afternoon ? 15 mins? 30 mins? 45 mins?Placed an online order and had to wait 45 mins past the pickup time.The manager was prioritizing in person orders and made some excuse that the meat slicer was down or something but was able to address the in person orders.10 mins later, requested to refund my order.Manager said the sandwiches are almost done and about to wrap up, and i responded, not going to wait any longer and who knows how long it will take them to get it to the finish line.Worth noting that there was another person who waited an hour already.Its just sandwiches, and not much to it. Not sure why this place is ran so inefficiently.I recommend not going to this location.

Eric and Mason really went above and beyond tonight by reaching out to communicate the location had run out of rosemary bread. I understand business and at the end of the day sometimes you miss out on special order items. But the fact that they called me to let me know? Huge. It really made my night. Amazing how simple managing of expectations can go so far.
