I came this place to order some drink, they have a promotion going on at the store, when you order any fine tea, they will give you a capybara for free during 6-8pm Monday to Friday. It is so cute with the little stuff animal, I love it so much! Highly recommended if you want to have an afternoon tea either with your friends or family.
I actually love this place and want to give it five stars. I’ve always had a great experience here. But today I had to wait outside while the girl came and opened five minutes late and all I got was an excuse that there was traffic. And then she wanted to charge me for ketchup for my french fries. I’ve never heard of charging for ketchup For french fries. Plus I’ve gotten ketchup for french fries free here before. I’m not giving it one star because I actually really like this place. But today was very disappointing.
The cute floral details, soft lighting, and whimsical vibes is perfect. The food is delicious. Servers are very nice and patient. I'll definitely go there for many times.
I searched for a cute brunch spot that's not too far from home and came across this spot that seemed promising. The pictures on Yelp looked super cute and the menu had a variety of tasty dishes to choose from! Took my mom and aunt and they were pleasantly impressed by the ambience. It's a perfect spot to chill with friends or come alone for tea and dessert.
We ordered couple of dishes to share and noticed the 5 appetizers served on a Ferris wheel. We also got the steak, seafood pasta and ham sandwich. Everything was beautifully plated and we loved the food! The fruit teas were all so good and refreshing and prices are affordable.
Great place to take photos and all the seating areas were thoughtfully decorated with flowers and vibrant decors!
This is one of the cutest tea houses I've been to!! I'm a big fan of really whimsical decorated places and I can't say enough how much I love the interior decor of this cafe. So much floral, cutesy, coquette, fairy-like theme with fantasy characters all around. They have a wild variety of drinks on their menu. I got the rose latte + the Tieguanyin pot of tea. I can taste the high quality of their tea leaves. As for my meal, I had their nabe udon, steak pasta, and beef gyudon. All were flavorful, comforting, and delicious. This is a great quiet spot to do some work, journal, fun for a date night & catch up with friends. They even have a storefront on one side where you can purchase really cute kawaii stationary, plushies and gifts.
Today I bought pan-fried steamed buns and xiaolongbao. They felt good and tasted like home.
Craving Asian and brunch food but can’t choose between Eastern or Western style cuisine? Jin Tea House (in West Covina in LA’s SGV) has it all and more in the coziest and most charming of spaces💕
It was so hard to choose from all of their tasty options, but we ended up going with a variety of breakfast & lunch, sweet & savory, and international & American flavors. Each dish satisfied our cravings and thankfully the tea drinks we had were caffeinated enough to keep us going through the rest of the day!
We had: 🍗Salt Crisp Popcorn Chicken Rice, 🧇Chicken and Waffles, 🧋Passion Fruit Seasoned Tea, 🍟Platter of 5 snacks (calamari, sweet potato fries, jalapeno cheese, Mac n cheese, chicken satay), 🍝Fried Udon
Little girls dream house or teenagers romantic diner. Enjoyed the ambiance and food. Although the food took a long time.
A lovely ambience decorated with flowers and paintings. They have a to go and dining section.
We dined in the restaurant and sat at the booth. The avocado smoothie was creamy. The drinks come on the sweeter side so I recommend adjusting the sugar.
The ribeye pasta was tasty. I chose spaghetti with pesto and the sauce was yummy. The sukiyaki beef bowl was also pretty tasty.
The creme Brulee is served cold which is different and interesting. It is a nice hangout place for drinks or a meal.
This tea house is absolutely adorable! We arrived early, which turned out to be a great idea because the place was empty, giving us the freedom to choose our seats. Each table had its own unique charm, with cozy cushions and plushies that made the whole experience feel so inviting and whimsical.
While we waited for our food, the girls enjoyed some boba, which they loved. The drinks were perfectly refreshing and a great way to start our meal.
For appetizers, we ordered a selection that was as fun to look at as it was to eat. One dish arrived in a delightful Ferris wheel presentation—such a creative and Instagram-worthy touch! The pesto pasta dish with wide steak was phenomenal, cooked perfectly with flavors that were rich and well-balanced.
We also tried the surf-and-turf skewers, which were bursting with flavor, and the fried beef tongue, which was incredibly tender and seasoned to perfection. Every bite was a treat!
Overall, this tea house impressed us with its charming ambiance, creative dishes, and flavorful food. It’s a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a unique dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by early to soak in the atmosphere and snag your favorite table!

This is the first time I came to this store. I'm here with my friends. Oh my god. The music was great and the food was surprisingly delicious. I like fried squid and the ferris wheel is fun. Super recommend to be here

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The selection of treats was impressive, with colorful macarons, beautifully decorated cupcakes, and an assortment of fresh fruit that looked almost too good to eat. Each item was presented on elegant plates that added a touch of sophistication to the whole experience.
The savory options were just as enticing. I indulged in some freshly baked bread and a delicious sandwich that was perfectly balanced in flavor. The bread was soft and fragrant, while the sandwich fillings were fresh and satisfying. Every bite was a reminder of the care and attention to detail that went into preparing the food.
What truly stood out to me was how everything was thoughtfully curated to create a harmonious experience. The presentation, the flavors, and the overall ambiance all came together beautifully. If you're looking for a spot to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a bit of indulgence, I highly recommend JinTea House. It's a place where you can savor both the food and the moment.

The drinks and snacks are good here, but be prepaid to wait a while for your order. The atmosphere is cute and perfect for hanging out with friends. They aren't very accommodating to order requests. We love supporting small businesses, but we won't be back. The service really did it for us.

One of the absolute worst boba places I’ve been to. Got a fruit tea with aloe Vera and the aloe was extremely expired, fermented, sour, and disgusting. Tea as well had no flavor and tasted like syrup. Took 1 sip and had to throw it away. For a $10 drink I expect to be given not expired food. Ambiance was a bit strange as well and empty tables still had dirty dishes on them

The shop is gorgeous, perfect place for afternoon tea with the girls. Amazing spot of photos for Instagram. Very high end girly feeling. Hello Kitty merch for sale, good food, great teas, and cute packaging. Would 100% come back for the aesthetic alone.
