Yo this is the best tea place I've ever had, my server was Josie and lets just say she puts the W is waiter, I just ate the best honey toast of my whole life and I will forever remember the day I first visited this tea house. She gave amazing reccomendations and was such a good listener. She brings an amazing vibe to the whole store. I REALLY appreciated her and how amazing she was. There was this lady giving her a hard time for no reason she's amazing. I'd definitely reccomend visiting my girl Josie AND considering giving her a tip she's great! She is very patient and answered all the questions I had about the drinks. I mean just WOW, she helped me decide what kind of tea I wanted, let's just say she knows her way around tea. Next up, the atmosphere is super cozy I just wanna say it's so nice I nearly fell asleep! And I was waiting on an important call so scared, ahhhh. Anyway, the workers all work so hard and are so underrated, in all this is the best tea, best service, best honey toast, and best atmosphere you'll find in all of west covina, neigh, in all of America, neigh, IN THE WHOLE WORLDDDD

The atmosphere here was amazing. This place really felt like a hidden gem.I think the reason it isn't more popular is because of their lack of proper signage. While looking for this place, I saw the large sign for "Tea House" and tiny words above it for "Jin Tea House." I thought, Okay, I found them, bad signage was not a big deal.I entered their tiny store and ordered. The cashier told me to "wait in back." I didn't understand, but I went outside and around the corner. I wasn't sure where I was supposed to wait, but I tried opening the poorly marked door on the side of the building, and I was blown away by the decor. I had to double-check that I was in the right place. The back part of the Tea House has a bunch of tables, spaced apart, and many were separated with flowery decorations. The walls had a lot of nicely done decorations, and the whole dining area just looked amazing. There was even seating in the rear patio!I think this place needs to 1) make their "Jin Tea" sign larger in front. 2) have signs that say, "seating in the rear" with some instructions like, " go around corner and enter the door on left." And 3) have a sign on the side door that says "Jin Tea House Seating" or "Jin Tea House Dinning Room."I really liked this place, but I think it's just too unknown right now.

The first time I was here everything was fine, good. But the second time, I ordered the same food but everything was less than before.. even the salad side was less than the previous time. U can clearly tell they prepared everything in a rush The atmosphere was very noisy… can’t believe I spent almost $30 for everything…

Looove their fruit teas!!! My favorites are the rose grapefruit green tea, mango green tea, lychee strawberry green tea and honey lemon green tea. They use real fruit and high quality tea. Staff are so friendly and the restaurant is like a cute tea garden! Great place to hang out, eat, or grab a drink - they are also open late!

This review is a lil late but we actually came here on our Valentines ameowversary d8 :3 We automatically noticed how cute the place was with a bunch of charming decorations and quirky looking chairs. We were egg-cited to order yummy food-HOWEVER...When the worker was taking our order and serving our food we noticed the lack of enthusiasm and didn't feel 100% welcome at the place. Maybe we just came in on an off day? o.OOn top of that, upon looking at the menu we were a bit taken aback at the high prices of the food so we settled for the lunch menu specials that were on the cheaper side. We got curry and katsu with discounted drinks. The food wasn't extraordinary or filling in our opinion. We did like the rainbow cups and took them home with us as they are reusable.Afterwards, we frolicked about and discovered the back outdoors area with a heart wall, carriage, and fairytale vibes. We were charmed by its loveliness and it was so on theme with Valentines Day. Then we took some adorkable photos to commemorate the day. Overall, cute place and study area but not the best place if you want a hearty meal.

This restaurant is extremely unique; it has a front area for to-go orders and a separate dine-in area. The dine-in area was decorated beautifully and would be a perfect location to take photos. They were selling a lot of cute merchandise in the store such as plushies and figures. I even saw them selling a reusable cup that allows you to get several refills of jasmine green tea throughout the year, which was very environmentally conscious of them. Although the prices are a bit high, they have large food portions. The drinks are served in holographic cups, and I can easily say it was the prettiest boba drink I've ever had. The service was also fairly quick even if there was only one person working at the time. I ordered an entrée, a drink, and a dessert to-go, and everything was ready within a few minutes. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit here. The food was a bit spicy, but it was very flavorful and tasted great. The fruit tea was just the right sweetness level, and didn't have too much ice in it. I would definitely come again to try their dine-in service!

Jin Tea House offers a delightful afternoon tea experience but it's not the same experience ordering from a set menu. This is more a full menu with full entrees, tea, boba, and desserts to choose from. From the charming ambiance to the exquisite selection of teas and delectable treats, every aspect was delightful. Great for taking pics and posting on Instagram. The lady greeted and asked if we were dining in or taking to go? There's two entrance for eating in or for take out orders. I went through the take out, since I ordered from an app called "TooGoodToGo" where the app lets you rescue unsold food at your favorite spots. First I ordered on the kiosk. Got brown sugar milk tea which end up costing me $7 and then the packaging I got from there was small box of fries, a cheesecake which was good, tea, and spicy chicken curry, I believe? It was super spicy but still good! This whole deal cost me $10.

Super cute! You order from a QR code. There's a quick order door and a separate door for dine in. I got the sukiyaki bowl. I thought this would be rice but the beef was actually in a hot pot with rice on the side. Food quality was average but better than tapex. Watermelon juice was bomb. There's wifi and this place is open late with plenty of space. Great study spot.
