Still a great place to enjoy a meal.

The food here was good, basically what you'd expect from Marie Callender's. The service was a little slow and someone rode through the dining area on an e-motorcycle while we were settling in. Not something I've ever seen before. I'll go the Azusa location from now on.

Understaffed translates to slow service

I remember when Marie Callender's was THE place for pie and great service....not any more....probably understaffed, so I really dont want to blame the service team for the poor delivery , but when I watched a team member making pies with her ungloved bare hands, then take an order, then get more pie without washing hands, I knew we had a problem. My to go order pie was runny and the whipped cream was bled out like it had been sitting for days...I didn't eat it, I just couldn't. I rarely give a negative review, I just move on...but this restaurant will be a hard pass for me in the future.

Hadn't been to Marie callender's for a long time. Everything was okay. I was quite disappointed that they don't have a pure blueberry pie anymore!

The food, service and atmosphere was more than I expected. Not only was the food excellent, but the staff went above and beyond to satisfy me enough to keep me coming back. I will recommend MC West Covina to all of my companions.

Husband bought me a strawberry pie for mother's day and it was full of rotten strawberries, one had a bit of mold on it

The water older male had an attitude with my mom elderly. Wanted her to be quicker with her speaking. No refills on water, coffee or drinks. Didn't check on us if we needed anything. To busy with hardly any other customers . Turkey Club dry, Frisco burger too. I won't be going back.

I ordered the open mouth Turkey. The Turkey was okay, but the gravy was salty and the mashed potatoes were thick.

My family and I used to go here all the time. We visited more recently to grab a bite to eat, and service just wasn't the same. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. The building seemed a little rundown and could use some love. Overall, the visit was not like we remembered, and we most likely won't be returning. If you're looking for great pie, this is the place! If you are looking for great food and a comfortable environment, you might consider alternatives.

My favorite is the chicken pot pie and slice of pie combo. Comes with corn bread. Yummy.

I went last week around 12pm so not long after they had opened and got a strawberry pie. I have been buying their strawberry pies almost once or twice a week I look forward to strawberry pie season. Last week's pie was disgusting. The crust wasn't even crust it was all mushy. The strawberries were soggier than my grandmas you know what. Even the whip cream was watered down. I hope that's not a regular thing now.
Only other thing that's dumb is not being able to pay cash when it's 8:40pm. I know they close at 9pm but I wasn't trying to dine in. Just wanted to pay cash for my pie but noooo the young man at the register I appreciate him being polite but I rather get some attitude and have a employee that's not lazy still be willing to do their job and go home early. I've worked at Little Caesars and people always came in 5min before close and I never rejected their orders. Marie would be disappointed 😂

Had to ask to be seated? And then they forgot that we were there for almost an hour. By the time we left, we had been through a total of three hours.
