I feel that with McDonald's is a hit or miss at times. Their fries are not fresh, tastes old and dry most of the time. I now order my fries with no salt so they have to make fresh ones.

Used the kiosk, the line was busy for the cashier. Ordered two Mcdoubles on their specials menu for $3.99 then went to the men's room. Came out my order was bagged in the counter in & out.

McDonald's with it's never-ending great tasting food, but something needs to be done about their customer service. I ordered online 20 mims before closing and showed up 10 mins later. I was ignored at the drive thru and at the windows. They saw me but did not go up to the windows, not even to tell me they were closed 10 mins early.
