So why would you have a gluten free cake that doesn’t have gluten free frosting?? And for the same price??? That’s just stupid!!
I was in this location last week and the manager there was awful to her employee right in front of me and other customers in the store. Very unprofessional and I felt so sorry for the employee. She had the employee in tears. Terrible management
Love love love their White Chocolate Rasberry and the newest Reese’s Peanut Butter bundtinis! Best dessert for group gatherings 🥰 purchased around noon and left them out to serve at dinner, moist Bundt cakes and creamy frosting. Highly recommend as a cupcake alternative.

I went into place an order and told it would be a wait which is No problem because I could tell they were busy, but what I don’t think it’s professional how they spoke bad about all the customers as I was standing there a customer myself they should’ve taken that to the back . When they brought out the cake I asked for a bag the girl seemed bothered & dropped the cake to the side on the counter which resulted in it tipping to the side. I had a feeling it was gonna be messed up, but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt of course when I went home and checked, it was all smashed across the side . The cake itself looked horrible even the side not smashed .

Went in for a fairly large order. When it was my time to order Ashley L asked what I would like and in the middle of me telling her she walks away to help another customer who was waiting. She came back to take my order and I let her know that I wanted to purchase 14 bundtlets, I asked my husband if we should get them wrapped and he said yeah. Ashley said “you’re trying to get them all wrapped?” I asked if it was possible and she said yeah but it’s gonna be a bit of a wait which is totally understandable. She quoted us 20 mins and we paid the total of $119.00. Charisma comes from the back with attitude and asked “when is this for, today, right now?, what did you tell them?” Ashley advised she quoted us 20 mins and she said with even more attitude “that’s not gonna happen” my husband asked how long the wait would be and Ashley said like an hour in which we didn’t have but Charisma said it was gonna be longer. At this point I was fed up with the attitude of the employees since they acted like they didn’t want my business so I just asked for a full refund and the name of the rude employee who came from the back, Ashley stated she cannot give me her name. I believe she was a manager by the name of Sylvia came over with attitude as well and asked me “What’s going on?”, I explained that I wanted the name of the employee so I can make a complaint, she was also rude in giving me the employees name as well as her own. I will definitely not ever come back to this location.
Ordered a cake online for pick up for my sister’s birthday. Paid extra for a flower to be placed on cake and paid for a message card and flag on a toothpick. When Cake was picked up it was already in a box and the box sides were taped and the toothpick flag was taped to the outside of the box. So it was not viewed in the store. Mistake number 1. When it was time to cut the cake the box was opened and there was the cake covered with cellophane with no flower, just a hole where it was to be placed, and no message card. Not the presentation I was expecting and it ruined the moment. I called the store to explain their oversight. I was put on hold for quite a bit of time and then was apologized to and told I would be reimbursed for the missing flower in about 5-7 days! It took them seconds to charge my credit card. I then received a new receipt via text with a charge for the cake and the message card and toothpick flag. Called the store back to indicate there was no message card included as well. After being on hold over 9 minutes I was told they would reimburse me for the message card, 75 cents! This was the poorest customer service ever! They ruined the birthday cake moment and could care less how their product was presented! They could have tried to save face by offering me a discount on a future purchase. I asked for the manager, who I was told her name was Sylvia, to contact me. I have not received a call from anyone. Word of advice, check your merchandise before you leave the store. Very disappointing experience with the West Covina Nothing Bundt Cakes store!

Love this place! They never disappoint. My favorite is the confetti Bundt cake. Can’t wait to order more cakes.
My cupcakes were destroyed when I picked them up and we didn’t realize until it was too late. When I emailed complaining the owner has been nothing but rude in the multiple emails I’ve received from her. Calling me a liar. Mind you I have pictures l. I spent over $100 on the cupcakes. Such horrible service received by Catherine.
Horrible customer service by Catherine Padilla she wouldn’t help me when I called then I received the cupcakes destroyed. THEN when I emailed them about it she emailed me back lying and blaming me. Regardless of that convo this is how we received our cupcakes. After paying over $100 for them
I thought they were veeeery good and moist. I’ve only had the birthday freebie in the lemon flavor and I really liked it . I would definitely go back now to order for an event or dinner party dessert. My daughter for her bday had the red velvet and she said that was the best red velvet she had. I think it’s sweet and generous of them to do that for your birthday. Prior to that I just heard about them and I must say I am pleased.
