The Panera Bread location in West Covina always has friendly, attentive staff. I love eating here because the staff has a sense of humor. There are plenty of places to sit in, and there is free wifi. I have never had a problem with the food, and they have a great menu. I love their chili. The music that is played in this location is nicely eclectic and reminds me of when I was in college in the eighties. It's like eating in a time machine. I highly recommend Panera Bread West Covina, CA.

I usually order a caramel latte and there’s never a problem but today I got my drink and it was definitely missing some. The drink isn’t cheap and I feel like I got robbed here. 😒

Never a disappointment. The staff is always friendly. The food is consistent. They even caught themselves messing up an order as I walked out with my item and called me to go back in for the correct order. Even gave an item for my inconvenience. I respect the integrity. Thank you!
