I asked for spring rolls without mint, she said they don’t do that in a rude way. I said they have done it before. She repeated in an annoyed tone that they don’t do that. I just walked out. It’s not the first time they have been rude, however it will be the last time I come here.

I go here once a week and me and my family love it please be patient the workers barely understand English but are very respectful ! I recommend this pho place to everyone! 10/10
They denied me the service in a rude way, the person who supposedly takes the orders flatly denied me the service without giving me any reason, you can say that she discriminated against me because of the way I was dressed, very bad attitude from her, she told me that It was already closed and it was barely 6 in the afternoon, she turned off the announcement that it was open right in my face, it was a very bad attitude on her part, terrible attitude and arrogance on her part. After she told me that, I saw that more people continued to come in and they were attended to, I was able to realize that.

Finally, a restaurant quality Pho places! It’s super busy but we got in quickly and didn’t wait long at all. We ordered the Pho special and Bun Bo Hue with extra meat on the bone. It’s really good! The best pho restaurant we have had in San Jose area. Well worth the wait and the price is very reasonable. We also got the spring roll and it’s delicious. The staff’s frequently refilled our water and tips included in the meal which makes it a lot easier for me actually. Will definitely the go to a Pho restaurant in town.
Walked into an empty restaurant with dirty tables? One booth had a kid who was laying across the seat with his feet on the wall. Watching something on a phone while the TV above him was on some You Tube Gamer Channel. Took the server a bit to bring Menus looking as if we were bothering her. Food came without condiments,silverware or FLAVOR!!! Never saw her again until I had to get up and ask for the bill. She yelled from the kitchen but didn't come out until I got up AGAIN to let her know I HAD to leave? Dirty tables, Flavorless Food, Inattentive Server couldn't get any worse/disappointing ?

Order a small Kobe beef pho takeout. I was so shocked when I saw it. The portion was so little, and noodles were all in small pieces that looked like leftovers... The soup was tasteless too. And this was still for $12. Definitely will not order again!
