Weird that this place has such bad reviews, I always get my pan fried pizza here and it's great. The workers are pleasant, my order is always ready and they keep it in the hot tray before you pick it up. Good place.

I don't like writing lower star rating reviews, but, I'll have to switch a branch next time because my first visit was not a pleasant one. This is a super small 'Pizza Hut,' but I got a weird vibe supporting them the first time here. I was buying a coworker his birthday gift, a $20 gift card, some how, the cashier hasn't been properly trained to work on that transaction. Maybe I should have asked the cashier, 'can I help you?!' Instead?If he was a complete newbie cashier, I get it because he would still be in training or shadowing, but I almost wanted to walk behind the counter to show him how to make a Gift Card sale, or show him the steps from my side of the counter. I realize the systems may just be slightly different, but I would have assumed the steps leading up to a gift card sale would be the same as to where I work. I still patiently waited on the waiting chairs....I generally don't like being inconvenienced, but I was asked to step aside to wait for the manager to return for a simple gift card sale. A simple gift card sale transaction here took me at least 20min total visiting this Pizza Hut branch, but perhaps they are used to their Online orders. I wonder if they use similar terms here for their Online orders as well. I'm not coming back because I was extremely inconvenienced, but I'll give another branch another shot, just not here. To management here, Please take time to properly train your staff! I hope the cashiers get more training and will more efficiently serve customers in the future.

Satisfying. Service is what expected. The dough is different from what I am used to. The pepperoni and the Italian sausage tasted good though.

if could I would give a minus starsPizza Hut is my favorite Pizza but there front service is going downhillI Ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up my order was gone, they couldn't find in there system and when they did fend it they had gave it to someone else, this has happen to me at less 6 times at this store but this the manager Alex was very rude his solution was to take a new order and wait 30 minutes or send a complain on line sins there was nothing else he can do to help me telling me to move a side sins there are customers waiting, I'm So disappointed. I Won't be ordering Pizza Hut from this location ever again!

No!No!No! Don't do it! I remember Pizza Hut was my favorite! Ordered a replacement pizza and it was just as bad. The wings were bad. The only thing good was the brownie. Come on Pizza Hut! What happened? So disappointed. I threw all of both large box pizzas in the trash! Won't be ordering Pizza Hut ever again!
