I’ve been buying honey baked ham for the last 25 years. Before. Christmas eve I bought a big ham worth over 90$ . When I opened it on Christmas eve the color of the ham was almost black . The ham was burnt on the edges but not inside. I am used to having the golden glazed color of it . My family was turned off. I complained to West Covina Honey Baked ham store .. but they told me .. it is really like that . I should have brought back the whole ham accdg to the manager.I was not asking for a replacement or discount .. but I am an Unhappy customer this time they did give me any consideration.unhappy customer

I have come to this store the last two years for my Thanksgiving ham and turkey breast. Each year the same issue has been encountered.Let's start with the Pros:Wonderful staff! Most members are very nice and appear to be having a great time. They have welcoming attitudes and engage in friendly conversations with patrons.Line is efficient and does not take forever to get in and out. This year I prepaid and that line was even better! I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes!Ordering process online is easySelection is vast, with regards to size and variety of sides.Now to the cons: On both occasions the ham looks overly smoked, there's absolutely NO GLAZE on both the ham and turkey breast. The turkey breast does have the sweet juice? But it makes the breast have an almost rubbery texture. The ham on the other had has no juice and again zero glaze! This is super disappointing bc the glaze is the main attraction on a honey baked ham! The first time, I figured there was a fluke but this year, it happened again so I am now convinced this is par for the course. It's really a bummer bc I like this location but they need to put better quality control measures in to ensure consistency. The lack of glaze really ruined things for my family and I, my twin even questioned if it was really from Honeybaked!Please implement a random quality check when the hams are delivered. I think it will go a long way.

Best ham ever other then my wifes. And they double charged us but returned money with NO hassle at all. I think the young girls could us alittle more training but other then that ham is great!

I usually like to get my ham here for Thanksgiving, but this year I waited an hour and a half in line ( which is normal on Thanksgiving eve) for the smallest ham which was 6lbs and it was 80 + dollars.THEYRE PRICES ARE GETTING RIDICULOUS!! ITS A SHAME

Stopped by on Saturday, 11/18/23 to purchase the famous and most valuable player (MVP), the honey-baked ham. Surprisingly, there was no line however it was quite busy inside. Family and I purchased a 4-ish pound ham ($10.99 per pound). The floors were very sticky for some odd reason. I'm glad there's a Honey-Baked Ham store in the IE and near Pomona.

My son ordered a ham and turkey delivered to my house 2 days before Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving day l opened the ham, its big ham almost 10 lbs but I was very disappointed because it doesn't look right, it's overcooked likes burnt from brown sugar over the skin and there's no honey laying on the top and it's terrible salty . I took a picture if l have a chance to show to the manager. I wasn't expecting to receive like that. The turkey was ok. I hope I'll get a better one for coming Christmas dinner.

I thought this year was going to be a bit different because I ordered and paid for my ham on line and got a set time for pick up. But unfortunately it did not go that way! The paid line was longer than the reserved only line! And when we went inside to ask about the process one of the employees (Andrew) was SO rude! This kid should be fired the way he talked to the customers! As I reached the cashier and showed my email to he scanned the man behind me in line says to the cashier I didn't pay or order but I want to buy a ham. She tells him you were in the wrong line and he insists he wants to buy a ham anyway...so of course she says ok I'll help you...what the heck! I think next year they should have an employee out side making sure everyone has their email so the check out process can go faster and smoother! Although I'm not so sure I'll buy a ham next year they have really gotten way too expensive!

Great ham for thx giving. Just don’t be like me pay for your ham online before arriving to the store. You will get 2.5 hours of your life back. Again. Pay for your ham online. Then go pick up. I reserved my ham online but didn’t pay. So I’m stuck in this line with the rest of the people.

I visited your Honeybaked Store in-person located on 859 S. Glendora Ave. West Covina, CA on November 15, 2023 to prepay for an order pickup on November 21, 2023. I wanted to prepay in order to avoid the long lines on Thanksgiving week. The Honeybaked Associate (I didn't get his name but he was 5"11 tall, dark completion, with a moustache) who attending me told me that there was NO NEED TO PREPAY to avoid the long line, all I had to do was to make a reservation (which he did for me) and with that reservation number I had access to the short line on pickup day. He said that there will be two lines: One for reservations and the other for non-reservations.The day I arrived for pickup, I was told by the SAME gentleman that I needed to go to the long line because I didn't prepay! I confronted him by saving: You told me that I didn't need to prepay and I was willing to prepay last week, I even placed my credit card on the counter next to the credit card monitor ready and willing to prepay! This was not my fault, this was HIS FAULT!I waited one hour-15 minutes in that hot sun and arrived late to work!I AM VERY UNHAPPY DUE TO THE INCONVENVIENCE AND BAD EXPERIENCE AT HONEYBAKED!

The ham is bomb.com.. here's a tip... don't wait 2 hours in line for thx giving ham. Pay and orders yours online so you can skip the crazy 2.5 hour line. With no bathroom break. Again it's a bomb ham... just don't be like me.
