Their jasmine milk tea ($5.85) is pretty solid. I get mines at 50% sweet with less ice and honey boba ($0.65). Major points for being flexible in using my reusable tumbler for the drink!
They also sell snacks, which came in handy when my friend needed something warm to munch on and fries came to the rescue.
Plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot. They have a restroom for customers but you need to flag down an employee to type in the door lock code for you.

Andy rocked my order and had a big line but made everything to perfection!!! He was working alone and still handled everything smoothly and very friendly with a great smile. Will definitely come back again. I ordered the strawberry foam matcha latte and it came out great !!!!!

We were eating at a nearby restaurant and walked by and decided to try their piña colada (which is not on their order tablet, but you definitely need to try) and a thai tea with oat milk. They also offer some snacks which I’ll try next time. The place is super comfy and cute. Would recommend and come again.

I ordered a mango drink and it doesn't taste like mango, it's just ice with flavor and the bathrooms are super dirty, they should clean it and I don't recommend it at all....

Supposed to be a Viet iced coffee. Received a watered down milk drink with some old tasting coffee. $6.57 & took 35 mins to make if you order online with no notification it was ready , pls fix if you care about customer n your business . First and last time trying this spot.
