Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

Awful customer service. Dropped a drink 1 minute after purchase because the employee did not fasten the lid properly. The employee made me wait in line to ask for napkins ( I even tried going directly to ask them for a new cup and lid and napkins and was told i would have to wait about 10 minutes because they were on a zoom call on their tablet) you cant make this up... absolutely awful. There was another customer in front of us who ended up leaving as they were not being helped either. You would think if a customers drink drops and spills 1 minute after purchase you would help accomodate them. Do not shop here its terrible. Buy a drink or yogurt from literally anywhere else as they treat you poorly here.

Atmosphere: quite messy and the napkins and utensils are behind the counter and unaccessible and was told i would need to wait in line to get a straw or napkins. I even waited in line after the fact and was told they were too busy to get me a new straw or lid

Really nice place with a lot of fresh choices. They have a lot of different fruits and candies to put in you’re ice cream. They have a lot of different ice cream flavors. It’s not too busy. Really nice and clean place with friendly staff

After having a very spicy meal we needed something to cool off the heat and found this creamery. Some many flavors, we couldn't decide. We did the next best thing and ordered a sampler, what a great idea. Be ready to eat it quickly since it's real ice cream and will melt right away.
