Ordered food from here because I used to be a frequent customer a few years ago, & I should've read the reviews before coming back !When you walk in , it is extremely hotThere was boxes everywhere complete mess of a place , I'm surprised health inspectors haven't got on this .I got 3 bowls and added avocado to each one (which is over 2$ extra) the avocado was DISGUSTING OLD BROWN/BLACK piecesThe chicken was fatty and flavorlessOverall I needed to add a bunch of teriyaki sauce and hot sauce to try to eat what I orderedExtreme waste of 40$Please don't go here , I'd recommend Golden Bowl, Waba grill or anything else BUT this placeDon't know when the company got sold over but it's extremely sad to see such a good built place with excellent customer service and amazing food go to waste ...

I was on my lunch break and decided to google something quick and near by. I ended up coming to this “restaurant.” As soon as I walked in I immediately had second thoughts but I was running short on time.I decided to sit outside and eat. As soon as I opened my meal there was a worm?in the rice… ????. When I notified the cook he seemed annoyed and didn’t bothered to apologize. The whole place including the cook looks unsanitary. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

I put off writing a review because I figured I'd give this place a second chance... but I'm concluding that while my brain says, "Give this place another chance," my body says, "NO."Sorry, with some things, first impressions are everything.I was miserably sick after eating here. I was hesitant to have sushi again for a long time thereafter. When they brought out my sushi, it didn't look or taste very fresh, but I looked around the nice atmosphere and others eating and figured... they wouldn't compromise on quality. Well, they do.

Unclean and noisy, few tables.This restaurant was very noisy when I walked in. The cook was vacuuming the floor in the middle of the cooking. Plus, the dining area had only three tables. There were no customers inside eating. The food was oily and greasy. Plus, the cooking environment was not clean. The dining area was not tidy and inviting.If you order take-out food, I will really worry about the cleanness of the food and how healthy are those quality of meats.

Called to ask if they offer spam masubis by the tray (wanted to place a larger order) and whoever picked up the phone responded "no" then hung up on me. Wanted to support a small business instead but never mind. Definitely will not be coming here.

Don't trust the 4 stars. This place is super run down. I was a huge fan of the food and inside dining. I've been coming for the past 9 years. Tried only once since the pandemic hit and decided to come back today. Now...it's trash and super dirty. There's only one person working. He may be the owner. I don't know. Really rude. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned for at least a year. Menu looks different too. He was hndling money with his bare hands and then touching food. We ate and well... the food is also crap. I kept thinking of how dirty it was inside and I guess my taste buds caught up to that. Don't come here. Go next door... at least there you will get what you pay for. It makes no sense why this place is still open. I read the reviews and agree. The 4 stars are from the past for sure.

Came here many times but recently the owner is just extremely rude. He mentioned once before that he's all alone in the restaurant cuz he can't find workers, but that doesn't mean you take it out on your customers. I tried to place an order on the phone and all I asked was if they still had the 50% off special and he just said "no sorry" then immediately hung up the phone. Dafuq? Not coming here again

It's unfortunate that this place is close to its demise. I usually love to order their white fish plate. But I came in here today expecting to order but left after noticing how extremely dirty it is inside. There's flies everywhere. Super dirty floors, super dirty counters, and super dirty windows. There's only one man working there so I feel really bad doing this but it isn't fair to the customers either. Especially the ones ordering online who can't see the inside of this place. It smells awful inside and the man cooking doesn't look to be washing his hands after handling customers at the register. I couldn't get myself to order after observing these things. If you care about hygiene you shouldn't order from this place. And the man working is not friendly at all. Don't expect a warm welcome.
